I know that Laguna Seca , Tokyo and Cote D' Azur actually excist, what other of the Grand Turismo tracks are real. I'ld like to see more actual tracks like Spa or Monza in the next game.

Tokyo isn't exactly real, it's more a bunch of places in Tokyo put together... Super Speedway is a mockup of Twin Ring Motegi, and that's about all... GT2 had Pikes Peak Hillclimb though.

Yeh Pikes Peak is real but only a fraction of the 12.5 mile 156 turn widow maker. If you get a chance to see this race on 4th of July weekend you won't be disapointed.

Laguna Seca is the only licensed real track. Midfield, Cote d'Azur, and Apricot Hill are real tracks with different names. What I have read is that Seattle, Rome, Rome Night (from GT2), SS11, SS5, and Tokyo R246 are real places and roads, and could potentially exist but don't. Red Rock and Grindelwald from GT2 were also real tracks with the names changed.

Brownie points to the first person to come up with the real names of those courses.

I remember reading in a Road & Track article that Midfield is essentially the infield course of Twin Ring Motegi. Look it up if you get a chance.
