white flag bug. READ SYSTEM3!!!!

I'm getting the white flag in my second lap into the race i.e. when I cross the line after my first lap!!! This happens only online. Or... I get the white flag one lap before the rest of the players!!!

yes this has happened to me since the USA got the game.if i join usa hosted rooms it happens more frequently.
its a mystery?

you also reported that you cannot "ignore it" and keep racing - the car is then controlled by the console after you cross the Finish line after getting the white flag - even though others keep racing to the end, right ?

We are aware of this issue and are looking to fix it ASAP. Unfortunately we haven't been able to reproduce this reliably. Can you give us any additional information such as Which track, No. of players, did anyone quit mid game, what position were you in when it went wrong etc. It appears that when a car that isn't in first place crosses the start / finish line and the timer is at zero, it triggers the white flag. Only the player in first place should start the white flag sequence.

definitely at Spa, 5 minute race [I wondered why he slowed - assumed penalty]

Happened to me at Spa, Monza, Misano as far as I can remember. No. of players usually 3 to 6. Always with my own livery car. Sometimes some players had quit the game but also happened without anyone quitting it. Whats interesting is that in all races I was in first when this happened!!

the same as ^^^^^^ post, also add california, it seems if the rooms lagging at all, it throws the race timer out, hence early random white flag, just a guess.

Just had the white flag bug in California too! was in second place when at the end of first lap got white flag and second lap my raced finished!!! interesting that it takes me back to the room and show as if I finished!!

p.s. now it's happening at Hockenheim! 2 players no one in nor out!! white flag after my first lap... was in first!
p.s.2 now in Mugello!!! Five guys in no one in nor out!! second lap finished my race was in 5th!!!!!
