the license cheat and win all the race cheats but they are for gameshark and isnt fun

If you cheat, you don't enjoy the game.
So does making hybrids count as cheating? Personally, I think it's a cool extension of the game. I mean, who hasn't thought of putting the engine from the Ruf RGT into the 3400S?
Obviously unrealistic things a a bit silly, like sticking a Viper V10 lump in a Mini, but putting it in a Cobra is fair enough, and why not add a turbo while you are at it.
I remember someone at the GTF had a sig that said something like "Enough power is when you can leave black marks from one corner to the next". That sums up what MKs program lets you do.

On the one hand there are a number of things that I could "cure" by making hybrids (like sorting out the gearing on the Zondas or making that 328i more interesting, ad infinitum), on the other there's the hilarity of a V8 MX-5 (they do make them) to contemplate. Brilliant.

I just don't see why some people spend 50$ on a game, and about 50$ worth of stuff (GS and Sharkport) just so they can beat the game fast.... Why do you want to beat the game that fast anyways. I figure If I'm gonna slap down 50$ on a game I'm gonna play the heck out of it. The only time I'd ever use a GS or sharkport (sharkport is great for alot of other reasons) would be after I've completed the game 100%. Than I could try to get a bit more out of the game. Well, if you have a GS, there's pleanty of cheats all over the web. Hope that made sense, lol =/
you dont have to be a "professional" at this game, youve just got to practice and do things more than once. cheating is really stupid, it defeats the purpose of the game. why would you get gt3 if you were just going to beat it the first night? i admit it takes a little bit of skill to play this game, but cmon, it wont take more than a month or two of playing a few minutes a day to get moderately far in gt3.

This is just to the first person who started this thread so im not trying to step on anyones toes here, but there are no cheats just play the game and you beat it, you will improve no matter what so dont worry about cheats imagine there are none. 
And like bluesand says if you spent $50 on the game play the heck out of it!! Its easly one of (if not) the best game for PS2.

Yes I also have $945,000,000.
I have all gold licenses.
I also have a wife and work 50+ hours each week. Throw in a 45 min commute each way, and it leaves me very little free time.
My commute is through Boston traffic every day.
I come home SLIGHTLY stressed out.
Do I want to spend 4 hours trying to get a gold license, or 2 hours beating the competition into submission? All this pent up agression from driving with 40,000 knuckleheads gets taken out on the poor AI.
And yes, I do enjoy the game a great deal(much to my wife's dismay).
When I start over, I'll only do it with $500,000.
My 2 cents on the gameshark.

There's the multiple cars cheat: (It's an old one, but I'll explain it anyway.)
You need 2 memory cards !! And a lot of money.
When you win a championship race, save at the next to last race. Quit the last race, and if you have enough points you win a car. Now save to memorycard 2. (mem2)
Load memory card 1 (mem1) and quit the last race again. If you are lucky, you win a different car than the previous one.
Now go trade > buy the car you won in the previous race. Then save on mem2.
Continue until you have all the cars. (Or you run out of money)
It sounded a bit confusing, didn't it ?
