It changes so much. . . Cecil (the dark Knight/White Paladin) from the Final Fantasy also comes to mind. . . But I feel more like Cloud from Final Fantasy 7 then anyone else . . .

I'm asuming you mean from the end of the first disk to the small portion of the second disc.

I would probably also say Cloud, but a close second to that is Citan Uzuki from Xenogears. That guy is one hoopy frood.

I was just playing it, i'm at the bit where you have to climb up the cliff and then fight that Schizo two headed thing.

I've lost count the amount of times i've played the damn game. Well that and Xenogears, but i've only managed to finish Xenogears twice.

I never really got into any other final fantasy after 7 I played all the ones before it, they took up too much of my time, I might need to pick a few of them up here for teh next five months. . .

I've only Finished 6 (III in the US) and 8. 8 was ok, but it wasn't worth playing again. I have FF4&5, but they have just gathered dust allong with Chrono Trigger. I haven't even attempted playing those, I just keep going back to FF7 and Xenogears.

If you haven't checked out Xenogears, do it. Seriously, it has probably one of the best storys for a meer video game.

Not in the initial story, no. But fairly late into the game.

It is seriously worth playing though, if you liked FF7.

PS game, it's meant to be rare though. It wasn't even released here in the uk. There is a game called Xenosaga for PS2, which is first in a five part Prequel to Xenogears. But get Xenogears first if you can.

When I started FF7 this time I decided to give everyone a dumb name.

Cloud = w00t
Barret = roxx0rz
Tifa = STFU
Aeris = n00b
Red XIII = WTF
Yuffie = OMG
Cait Sith = RTFM
Vincent = ROTFL
Cid = 1337 (I was running out of ideas)

It makes it quite funny at some points.

In the game, he begins to embrace darkness, and I am guessing those are the visual cues. I think he looks badass.
