Re that Route X seasonal, is that the sort of thing people really want? How long was it taking? And on average, how many DS3's have been destroyed as a result of missing first place by a barely estimable fraction of a second?
Where is ours then, at least it is slightly different to what the rest of us get. So I suppose there is reasons to be optimistic that PD can create original Seasonals.

Because maybe of the some publicity in turn of the new GT6 and the speculation of some cars will not be in a new DLC, but in the GT6 (namely the new Acura nsx concept).

This Tesla Challenge was a seasonal even that happened with the Fukuoka Auto Salon or something like that... its pretty regional... Japan does receive the same Seasonals as us.
I hate the current seasonal events scheme. Just when it was getting good, with lots of seasonals, they removed them... Why? The Supercar Seasonal, the race @ SSR5 was my favorite one until they removed.
To me, the Seasonals give me more reason to play GT5. I have somewhat been bored with the in-game races that I look to the Seasonals for diversity (and money and experience). So I'm ALWAYS looking forward to these events. That's even if we get a Seasonal where only the Mitsubishi i-Miev is allowed in a five-race Seasonal. I welcome new challenges and haven't really been bored with them.

Ever since they:
a) Ditched the Ferrari Seasonal and
b) Dropped the 2X Prize money
I haven't been near the seasonals.
Making 1million in a few minutes; THAT was good. Not spending hours doing 5-laps of 5-Tracks in a mediocre car, to make a few-hundred grand.
This is just MY opinion; please don't ruin the thread by flaming my opinion.
It's not like I don't like them, I do. I just wish they would bring back the variety and not just the 400/500/650pp events. Give me my Kie car events, the FR/FF/4WD events, and so on.
I'm really not looking forward to not being able to earn 45m credits for 4 minutes racing (irony) its a game for crying out loud. Why not just play it as such and earn stuff through effort and not freebies from pd. Wasn't that why you bought the game?

3-5 laps, rolling start, begin in last position, slalom through the on rails zombie Ai, to catch the pigeon before..*eyes heavy.. suddenly sleepy* zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Time trails not A-spec races... and there golded allready and done. more time for ME3 while GT5 is covered up and hidden away again like the classic cars that won't ever be driven..
