Please read the AUP, again, learn how to formulate sentences, and use proper wording. It's hard arguing with someone who's exhibiting a lack of intelligence.
As I said before, new updated come out when old ones end or 24hrs before/after. That means they have til 9pm CST, TONIGHT.

I agree with Jacob, they are 8 hours late so far even after the +1 day

I actually think there is a deeper meaning behind this. I mean people wouldn't be so on the edge about the new seasonals being a tad late if they had plenty of other things to do in GT5. For me, it is a sign that the seasonals are kind of a last straw if you will, something to give them a reason to play GT5. That's not a good thing by the way.

Why do you think we have until 10est tonight when there latest news update (from over a week ago) clearly stats +- 1 day from 10 am est. If it was a typo I would hope they would have fixed it in the 1 week + the news update has been there for everyone logging on to GT5

It is a typo. What time did last week's update come out? Or the week before that? They started new seasonal events when one ended. That was the norm so why wouldn't I think it's a typo? In 3 and a half hours you can bash PD and call them lazy, til then, relax.

I'm high stress because there's nothing left for me to do in GT....I'm sitting here with a nice Escudo in the UCD but I'm short 600k. If I grind it'll be gone...so those Seasonals are my savior.

It's not the high stress it's just the design shortcomings (UCD, crappy payoffs) are making these Seasonal Events the only way to get money to buy new cars

Same problem here. Got the Pagani Zonda C12S 7.3 there and I need 800k as I splashed all my money before it showed. Only a seasonal event will get me that amount before its gone for ages. Ah well, I'll just rock back and fore in the corner of my room in the foetal position until they get them up.

Well, people work differently. After waiting for so long, then facing an arguably disappointing game and now seeing the last fun thing dropping behind schedule, people may get annoyed. I only do the seasonals as well, but I don't mind the delay because I basically have given up on this game anyway. But I understand everyone who gets worked up about this.

At the end of the day, PD gave us updates and now everyone expects them to be out at a specific time and date. If its off by a couple days due to any reason, everyone freaks out. When BB or iPhone updates there iOS do you sit there and keep writing eh, when am i gonna get a new one. Same concept, different factors.

My thinking on the delay matter is that the GT Academy debacle put PD in a position where they had to focus on one or the other, and with GT Academy being on a set cycle any delay could really hamper things so they had to fix it quick. They already said they were continuing with Seasonals so it isn't like they're never putting up another one.

Well if last week thay update the news with a weekly schedule for seasonal events I think than the "no seasonal events this week" idea doesn't have any sustent, only an impatient fear

So true. But maybe as some replies have alluded. There may be MORE than just Bonus 7,8 & 9's etc going up? Guess it's worth the wait then. In the meantime can we just all agree that we're all HERE because we are all avid GT5 gamers. Surely that's a common bond we share? Some of the replies make me feel guilty that I even posted it. People are complaining about things not happening when the given time for those events hasn't passed. It's not about fanboys and haters, it's about a lack of patience.

For the record I haven't complained at all but I've been checking back for updates and see all the trolls/fanboys here ridiculing people for voicing their grievances. It's a shame because some great ideas are in this thread like the "Why doesn't PD have a Facebook/Twitter page to pass along info?" question. Great suggestions like that get buried in threads that end up locked because people that have no vested interest in the topic at hand decide to chime in and defecate all over what is going on. Again, what is more pathetic, people complaining about the lack of update or people like you that continue to return to this thread even though you don't care about the update at all? If you don't care then don't care somewhere else.

It seems the thing to do on this forum, in general, is to complain about complainers. I think every other reply on this thread has been either a complaint, or a complaint about a complaint. Very odd and irritating to people looking for information. It would be great if there was some kind of admissions test for this forum.

By the way I don't mind the complainers, it's the people complaining about the complainers that gets me. I love this game, it's the only game I play. I don't complain because people here do it more than 10x more than they need to, and that covers me.

Just because your not upset about the delay doesent mean everybody else should feel the same way.

Anywho im guessing they will update on the 9th when seasonal event 6 end with 7,8 and possibly the GT driver's Club they mentioned or more info on it ... if they dont update tonight of course

Like I said before, I can't do anything unless I want to lose the Escudo in the UCD. I can't do more than 1 event before the Escudo goes bye bye. I'm 600k short. I need this seasonal event to buy it. If I knew there was a dealership that made sense instead of this random UCD crap we have I wouldn't care so much about the delay

Yeh I agree. Lot's of conflict over a fairly innocent posting I would have thought? I merely made the thread as like so many I'm level 30 and the only "new" races I have to do are ALL endurance and as there is no save progress facility I refuse to do them as I'm NOT leaving my PS3 on for hours or days because a developer lacked the insight to incorporate a fairly obvious facility for those of us with a job, life or wanting to save power and wear and tear on our PS3's.
