I want a turbocharged ISF but it can't be. If it could i think i would have near 900hp or more. Why do you think some cars can't be turbocharged. Is it because some cars would be overly powerful or something some strange form of balance. What are your thoughts. EDIT: and what cars do you want to have a turbocharger for that can't

No of course you could but what you're asking is like me saying why can't we put a Supra engine in an Altezza?

Some folks want to drive an 800 BHP Civic.............

Some want to drive it stock.............

Personal preference, as mentioned above.............

Stock for me!

The game allows one to create "some strange form of balance" but if I want a faster car, I buy a stock one

well because Putting a supra engine in a altezza is a heck of a lot more complicated for the programmers to do then to allow turbochargers on all models. My question is about something simple engine swaps are super complicated and would make game saves when you had lots of cars like 10gigs

I own 4 ISFs a full tuned and race modded one a fully tuned non race modded on a stock one and the isf concept i get the whole personal preference thing. plus 300 other cars it just bugs me when some cars i want to tune can't get all the tuning options.

Why can I add a supercharger to the Ford Lightining and Cobra? They come from the factory with them already installed but I can put a second one on.

Realism? That has nothing to do with everything having a turbo in it my 2000 Acura integra has a turbo but not in this game.. Like wtf and they should allow you to have engine swaps. I'd put a surpa engine in a altezza any day.

I just want a Twin Turbo(stage 3 turbo in GT5) Ford GT and Lambo Gallardo, look up Under Ground Racing on YouTube and you'll see why.

I wasn't discounting that I am all for engine swaps..I did just that in a certain other game years ago.👍 I was just using the principle.

An Altezza with a Supra engine in it.

I was using the principle of what he was asking. He said why can't every car be able to have a turbo added to it and I said well that's like saying why not ask why we can't engine swap. Like you can put a Supra RZ engine in an Altezza RS200 in real life so he may aswell be asking for that.I think my point was that PD isn't likely to implement either one.👍 (And my apologies,I didn't see the picture when I first replied.👍)

Lol people are grilling you over this. But yeah pd should let you chose to add turbo charge or even have engine swaps that would be potent.

Question, why does everything need to be turbocharged? Why can't all V8's be supercharged? Why can't I add both (been done before) to my cars? Why, why, why, why, why?

yeah why cant you put dirt tires on a 458 italia im sure you can put dirt tires on many cars you wouldnt think of as rally cars.

as for turbos I asked myself the same question at Sarthe in the seasonal races to make alot of quick cash. I was suprised an Enzo cant have a turbo or a supercharger. Its the first car I ever noticed that before.

In real life you can turbocharge any car but its not as simple as strapping a turbo on. It involves changing to lower compression pistons. Increase cooling and lots of other components must be changed. In a way its like fitting a new engine. Im glad you cant turbocharge everything as your much more likely to find a large cc engine with a supercharger instead. There is my 2pence worth :)

I've asked this question to people on here and to myself many times more so...why can't we have certain parts we had in previous GT games. Nitrous was used last game and would make things intersting this game if we had it. I also agree that GT should get with the times or people will complain on and on if 6 doesn't have certain amenities like engine swaps and turbocharging or supercharging any car you want. I've seen plenty of hondas/acuras running supercharging systems with better power than some turbos mainly Civics and NSXs but either way I should be able to do this myself. On Forza I enjoyed this ability and would buy two of the same car say for example an ISF not sure if you can on the new games but whatever; I'd tune both cars to the max but use two different forced induction systems one turbo and the other supercharged. Run them around a track and see which one is better in various ways.
