Why no :rotfl: emoticon?

I was just wondering about this, how we have many a smiley with and , why the absence of ?

How hard is it to have something like that, other forums have them, why doesn't the best?

There is. You just have to do a bunch of crap to get to it, so I never use it. There's also a bunch of other smilies/logos.

Click "Go Advanced" instead of using the "quick reply" section. At the bottom of the smilies, you see "[more]". Try it, it'll amaze and astound you.

I knew that, but that page BL posted has loads more than the super MORE button

As you can see that page has no formatting, and isn't linked anywhere on the site (at least that I can remember). It used to be accessible through the [more] smilies button, but Jordan removed access to it as the excess smilies tended to clutter the forum.

Jordan never removed it from the server, and I'm guessing Boundary Layer still had a favorites link to it.

Ive known about this page for a while i just never use it, it just wastes time having to open a new page just to get a smiley ( unless something is wicked funny than its worth pulling out )

I eliminated a lot of smilies a few years ago - nearly all were redundant, and the smiley was one of them. conveys the same emotion in a lot less space.

I see no rofl smiles in the "more" section. For the most part, I always go advanced.
