.......it's the dominance of Red Bull at the moment which is killing the sport for me. Don't get me wrong I love to watch middle of the pack battles going on, but I would like to see other teams competing at the front. Notice how Vettel gets hardly any coverage during the race because he has nobody to compete with?
Don't blame Red bull. All teams race under the set of rules. Just because they designed a better car, that's no reason to blame them. Dominance comes and goes, and these trends never last long. Yes, the middle of the pack had great racing, but the front is not far off. I like Seb, but prefer close racing thru the pack. It will come. It'd come quicker if the FIA would stabilize the regs, and not make sweeping changes every year. This is quite odd. They say they want to control the cost of the sport, but make the teams spend millions every year on radical new designs. If the rules were the same for 5-10 years, costs would decline, and much needed testing could return. I don't think Bernie is really interested in reducing costs for the teams. Only in searching for ways to rake in more cash for himself. That is the motivation in the loss of the USGP at Indy.
