Why does this happen?

Whenever someone says "can't" or something similar (with apostrophes... ) it comes out as

can (and then the next word)

Anyone know why??

ok, it's something similar to this

I wish I could get a new Ford Mustang SVT Cobra, but I can’t afford one right now.

That's what I see, but, i know it's supposed to say

"but I can't afford one right now."

Why does IE display this kind of error?

Are you talking about how the apostrophes in your first use of the word "can't", and the second, are different?
