The video posted shows the race being ran under the yellow flag, NASCAR will not run a race in rain. Goodyear does have rain tires, and the they were use once at the exhibition race in Suzuka Japan, they practiced on rain tires, that was the closet to racing in the rain that they get.

If you want a game that simulates a real racing weekend then the GT series will NEVER be the game for you. You've been a fan of GT series before then you should have known better.

NASCAR on GT5 can be really fun online w/ drivers who knows how to drive.

That's absolute bull:dunce:. In GT4 there was at least practice and qualifying, and from the trailer videos it was hardly unreasonable to expect some serious developments in the racing department. Not to mention the fact that PD went out of their way to obtain the official licences...

Saying "you should have known better" just implies that the game doesn't need to evolve because it is what it is. It's an absolute load of 🤬. PD clearly tried to incorporate real racing series but failed miserably, and I won't even get into the whole Top Gear debacle...

I'm wrong? Essentially you agree with me but are childish about it "PD sucks donkey balls" and "can't program to save their lives" but your playing their game, they don't even know who you are or care.

I say it's used so PD can manipulate the difficulty level, you say " ASM PUNISHES good drivers." Again, kinda the same, only ASM is not forced in like 90%of the game so we can see it's only used to slow you down to increase the difficulty and not at all about punishing "good" drivers.

As I said PD has the AI at a level beatable to the masses. You say "It is forced because PD know the AI Sucks donkey balls.". Kinda the same thing but with an illogical approach. Do you really think PD can't program a AI that would spank you lap after lap? Ridiculous, the AI sucks Donkey Balls so you can play the game with the impression your a "good" driver. Lol

If PD can't program to save their lives, why are you playing GT & or on a board talking about it?
