Even better... The sign-up email you receive should include the TOS and AUP, then point to a page with 5 multiple choice questions.... - Unless you get 4 right you can't sign up

True, but whenever there are 'terms and conditions, everyone just srcolls through and clicks 'I agree' without reading it. I know I do.

100? I think that's fair, although I thought the old 500 posts rule was fair, same with the 1000 posts for custom title.

I'd be for something like a sentence in brackets somewhere in the sign up process like '(The secret word is Banana)' and then at the end of the page it asks you for the 'secret word'. *lol*

Done whining yet? We try to encourage participation, but not spamming. Hence the requirement of both number of posts and elapsed time before you get the bonus. But posting just to increase post count will be noticed and dealt with by the moderators.

Why is this such a cause for concern?
