The Hennessey Venom was never in Gran Turismo at all. PD doesn't even have the license.
So, unless I see actual proof such as an in-game picture, I'm not believing you.

EA holds exclusivity rights to a lot of car makes and models like Porsche and perhaps the Hennessey Venom GT. Hopefully we'll finally get to see a lot of new car companies and tuning houses in GT7.
