Will there be a rally on the 27th too? I'll be able to make the 20th hopefully, but if there is one on the 27th I won't be able to make that because I'll be at the Gymkhana GRID final.

Oh, James, your write up is a neat idea! 👍 I was thinking we could have previews for the rally, and perhaps interviews with them to put in the race reports. I was thinking of creating a WMA WRC promotional video for the series, but at the moment I haven't even had time to practice in my Suzuki, nevermind make a video! :scared:

Thanks I have done a interview for every series I am in and that one by far IMO was my best yet.

Earlier this week I got to sit down with James & Marc the drivers for Team Subaru in the WMA WRC SERIES here's what they had to say. Should we watch for surprises from this? "Well if your talking about surprises as in crashes I hope not. But all the testing we have done should mean that we will be very competetive this season." Marc said. What are you hopeing to accomplish this season? James was quoted as saying "I am hopeing to possibly get my first WMA WRC SERIES win this season. I am also hopeing this team can stay away from penalties and damage. This team is very good when it comes to consistency. Subaru has some great people in their shop working on these rally cars." Is this team ready to take on the power house teams like Mitsubishi? "Yes" Marc said confidently. What rallies are you most looking forward to? I quoted James as saying "That is a good question I am looking forward to all of the rallies. But the one I am looking forward to most is probably the Mitsubishi Mt. Aso Rally." What do you think of your partner James? "He is a great driver and a wonderful team mate. He seems to be strongest on tarmac from what I've seen" marc had said. What do you think of your team mate marc? This is what James had to say "Marc is a great driver we talk every time we aren't in the car. We try to talk about what lines work where on what tracks. We try to keep eachother motivated every race. He does really well with the fans. In fact during preseason I had to pull him away from the fans to get in the car. That race he finished second. I was a little down after one race and he came over after and picked me back up and said no worries we can get them next time." What is your opinion on the drivers in the series? "The other drivers will definitly be a challenge. They are very good, especially the Mitsubishi team. Like my partner had said I had came in second but it wasn't without a fight. As long as we are comfortable with our cars and I can say james has gotten much more comfortable with his car since last race, we can definitly push for a manufacture title and drivers title." What rally are you looking forward to most? "The ADAC rally. Mainly because its around the nurburgring and I have done several smaller races around it. It will be one of my most challenging races though because who knows what the weather will be like." Marc had answered. Whats your opinion about the schedule this season? I quoted James as saying "I love the schedule. As I said earlier I think the Mt.Aso rally will be the best." Thanks and good luck to both of you.

Incase some people don't know what we are talking about.

Just a quick tip though, try setting it out differently so it's easier to read, like this:

Thanks will do. I was doing it on my phone so I couldn't do much.

If there's an enter button on your phone, paragraph form is possible. Otherwise, yeah, I know what a hassle it is to highlight words, and then bold them.

But, indeed, I still love my Blackberry.

Anyways, I'll send a few messages to Aesys, read his thoughts for the season, mix it with my own, and get a consensus for the Mitsubishi side of things.

Sorry guys, i know i asked if i could join and you guy said yes but i never responded but i had just started school and when theres school there are tests and homework and i did not really have too much time.. so do you mind me asking if i can join again?

OK, lots to catch up on:

We might/might not have back to back rally, depends on who can commit to this. Time is a factor here.

TheYaShoe can join if you tell me what car you'll be driving :)

And to the rest, if the Ford boys doesn't answer the PM I'll send in a few moments, TDZdave and one of his PSN buddies he say is interested will take their place.

perhaps you should offer the ford drive to all the people here already, kiff will take what ever is available,

I would've snatched up the Ford seat if it was free first off. However, I've put a lot more miles down in my Suzuki than a Focus.

I have opened a testing room, need any help with tuning or want to see where the competition is at or have some fun races please join,

room number,

Right, there goes at least 1 Ford, anyone interested?

Im happy in me impreza do to it being so imprezif

Umm what cars are still available?

subaru impreza 99, 01, 03
toyota celica 95, all versions,
toyota corolla 99,
ford escort wrc 95,
lancia delta intergrale 92,
ford focus wrc 99,
citroen xsara 99,

I believe my friend is taking the other ford but i'm not 100% sure, so that might be still up for grabs,

So you're taking the Ford Dave?

yes sir, it might lack the extra gear but I'm always a ford person, we always have good drivers so it seems BP Ford is me, I could make a list of all the great ford drivers for us to all argue about?

When is the next rally? And how long do I have to decide because I would love to test them out and choose the best one for me :D

the first rally is this saturday night, for me in australia its 3am sunday, I don't know where your from so I can't tell you exactly when the race is for you, rallymorten does keep us notified about how far away the rally is on the day,

the first rally is at eiger nordwand, so I guess if you look in your car by friday it should be fine,

I will be online for a while if anyone wants to do some testing,

:)

Thanks for the info

Update on the situation:

Dave and his tba buddy has earned the Ford team

Castrol Toyota has been founded

For tarmac stages we use Sports soft to not make it too grippy :)

yay!!!! just 2 more questions,

1, will we be using the tarmac course at eiger norwand?
2, If so, will we get a minute service before that specific stage commence's?

Are there any specific stats on the cars? Like power and weight or aero?

cars must remain stock, no large or after market turbo's, set up tuning and aero is wide open, BHP must be limited to 315BHP, an oil change will get you up there, weight is minimum 1230kg's, I believe that's minimum weight for all the vehicles,

Yep, max. 315HP, min. 1230kg. I'll bring up the programme again:

Eiger Tarmac
Service
Eiger W/G (Whichever is the first you pass on the normal K trial, don't remember right now)
The other
Service
Eiger K forward
Service
Eiger Tarmac reverse
Eiger K reverse

Also, I don't remember if I have any but if I have I can send you (TheYaShoe) a Corolla Rally Car which you can dupe and send on?

By the way, IF the rally was today it would be in a little over 9 hours (holy moly that's time for the most boring enduro  )

He wanted premium celica's for the works team I believe,
