Speaking of Most Wanted how is it marco? If you can convince me I might get it just so I can beat you :)

I have an idea for the stages of season 2 called "WRC_Stage_share1", "WRC_Stage_share2", "WRC_Stage_share3", "WRC_Stage_share4", "WRC_Stage_share5" and "WRC_Stage_share6". Guess three times what I mean :D

Tis amazing. It handles like hot pursuit so its something you need to get used to. It plays like burnout paradise and has challenges like it as well so its so much fun. The visuals and sounds give me a crisis (the good crisis ;)). If I do have complaints the cops are not reall as fun as the original. Their a tad bit annoying. 1 of the 4 specially announced cars are actually in it currently. Overall its more good than bad though. Also for your season 2 stages I would like to use my head to head idea SSS.

It takes something to beat the old MW, without a doubt the best NFS of all time :)

Can you PM me that idea? I forgot and finding it again later will be hard

Okay guys, my teacher said that my presentation went really well and that she'll call my parents tommorow! So i might even be able to get some practice in. And Mel, yea im Canadian.. i go to mosport sometimes.. went for the le mans 12h a few years back. I sat inside an Audi r10!

Darn you canadians  all I've achieved is:

a short run in a Renault Clio rally car back in '05 (I'll never forget that day. Cutting over a snowy field to get past my moms car was just  ),

several drives with the craziest driver in my part of Denmark and his Toyota offroader (hilarious when you're 2-wheeling on an ex-motocross track  )

and seeing the drivers of the old DTC in '06 (including Markko Märtin, the best rally driver to never be champion)

Oh yeah, and I have, unofficially, been a marshall at the Danish Rally Championship (if you happen to find the TV show of the rally, you can see me as a spot on the screen while my stepdad got known in all Denmark :grumpy:  )

BUT I have something you guys don't. That's a Tom Kristensen poster that says "STOR racerhilsen" (translates to "HUGE racer greeting") and I have evidence :D

Anyone starting to get excited for Rally d'Italia?

News important enough for a double-post:

Polarbear345 and garfunkle55 will take the spaces at Citroën/Suzuki and Peugeot, respectively. The team polar represents in Italy will be his new team :)

which team is this?

What do you mean Dave?

polar's new/own team?

No. The case is following:

Geeky, Xstylez and my team mate never replied back (in one case I had a message saying the person could not do it anymore) to the final confirmation PM, so they've been taken off the list. I haven't had a final confirmation from Polar yet (and garfunkle said he wanted the Peugeot) so whichever of Citroën or Suzuki Polar uses for Italy will be his "new" team :)

ah cool, the more the merrier,

I also go to this rally called the rally of the tall pines every year haha. It's just this decently popular rally where most of the best Canadian and sometimes some good Americans show up. When I was younger I got a ride in a 500+ hp Audi s2 Quattro!

You have got to be lying.. Otherwise I'm moving to Canada :D

Can't wait for the rally!
Anyone want to practice with me?

So we are doing Toscana gravel forward and reverse? Will the rest in between all be Toscana tarmac? And what will the course settings be? Isn't there a post giving all that info?

rallymorten
No, I haven't founf out more than tht the tracks will be -5 in width, for the reason you mentioned :) somewhere between 4 and 6 sectors, 2 stages in the low half of complexity, 2 in the higher half is the plan. So it'll look a little like this (B is the lower complexity ones):

Toscana Gravel Forward (time setting: 18:00)
Service
Toscana Tarmac A (Time setting: 18:40)
Toscana Tarmac B (Time setting: 19:10)
Service
Toscana Tarmac B (Time setting 19:50)
Service
Toscana Tarmac A (Time setting 20:30)
Toscana Gravel Reverse (Time setting 21:00)

So prepare for another mixed surface rally :sly:

There it is. But unless you make the courses before hand you can't change the width

Ehm, not specifically yet but 4-5 sectors, 2 stages in the 3-4 complexity and 2 in the 6-7. Roads full narrow because rally :)

If you do low sectors and low complexity it generates the lamest courses

Yes but long courses and high complexity and it'll be like "hairpin left, hairpin right, guess what there's another hairpin". This would be a lot easier had I come up with my track share idea before

Bah. Just because I'm probably buying a real rally car, doesn't immediately mean that you can drive it. You need to get a driver's license in Canada, first. :sly:

I wish I had a rally car....

Right, found a reference mark for the start line of the dirt tracks: look towards the "infield" and around the hay bales you'll see a "Polyphony Digital" flag. Keep it a little in front of midscreen and it should be good :)

For final confirmation;
Track gen. will be 5-6 sectors long, A (harder) being the 6, and will have a complexity of 6, A 8 :)

Auction tomorrow. Did I say that I still have to build the rally car, out of a Subaru wagon? :dunce:

-flappy paddles
-rally tires (Nokian??)
-POWER!!
-brakes
-suspension

I like how it says doors 0

I do hope that's not your complete parts list. You'll need a lot more than that . You'll also need aero parts, a roll cage, new interior, new steering wheel, new dash, harnesses, helmet hammocks, new electronics, and probably a lot more. Oh, and you'll need a co-driver. :sly:

If you're looking for a place to buy harnesses/helmet hammocks, I suggest buying from TRS Motorsport. They're awesome. Oh, and my mum makes them. :dopey:

Okay, buying local- WAIT A MINUTE. :dunce: :scared:

Anyways, I more meant the immediate stuff first, then that stuff. But, yes, the restraints/roll cages will be important too.

Edit: Stuff came up, not sure if I'll make it. :scared:

When does it start tomorrow

there's a count down timer on the OP bud,

Sorry guys, the clamp on my wheel broke last night (still won the race!)

But it's next to impossible to drive without both clamps, the wheel is all over the place. Logitech is about to get a angry call in a bit.

As this isn't weekly (at least I don't think) I should be able to make the next rally.

Sorry.

that sucks polar, but there's a chance I can get some more point's

on a side note, how do you change your driver's race suit? I've been trying for 20 minutes now, every suit I pick doesn't give me the option to do so, I'm in the items menu, am I looking in the right spot? I do have a "special outfit" on my driver at the moment,

I figured it out.... by accident
