autumn ring sprint race will be done an hour before quali for rome then we'll work out when to do the feature length race

Hey guys. I'm doing the points but my replay of the sprint race seems to have gone AWOL. I have the finishing results but need the grid.

Can someone help please?

All I know Homes is that Canu was on pole with me in second. BYO was in third - I think

2 Driver
3 BYO
4 Litchi
5 Wordup
...

Please help with the rest.

I was 6th in Quali for the sprint as I was driving behind homes in the formation lap...

17/11/2011 – Rome
Sprint Race – 8 laps
Feature Race – 36 laps
Pit Window: lap 10 – 12 / lap 22 - 24

This is our next event this coming Thursday. Homes could we maybe even out the pit windows to 12 - 14 / 22 - 24

Just a thought, otherwise you may find the guys all sticking to one strategy.

If it stays 10-12 I certainly won't be stopping again, those last 3 laps were murder, had to use the handbrake to pitch the car into the corners, front tires were finished. 12-14 will atleast even the strategies out. Good idea;)
 
driver and canu, that is a no brainer, so even I can understand! I will update the rules now. ;)

How about:

36/3 = 12

So pit windows would be laps:

11,12,13 and 23,24,25

Then the race can be split into 3 equal parts (give or take a lap or 2 depending on driver preference).

no worries mate, i will gladly host. what time do we start on thursdays? 19h30 gmt? Thats 20h30 sa time?
 
varies but were going to do the autumn ring sprint racee and1/2 and hour 2 hour or so before
 
cool, just caught up on the rules. i will open the lounge at 18.30 gmt, thats 20h30 for me. i am assuming that the uk have added back the hour, so i should be gmt +2. practie until 19h15 then the 8 lapper followed by the 36 lapper. pit window is 11 to 13 and 23 to 25. this way 1/3 is in the middle being laps 12 and 24

I have amended the rules re the pitstop windows for the remaining races.

Remember that the total laps for the race are actually 9 (sprint) and 37 (main event) beacuse of the formation lap/s, so when you look at your current lap in the top right corner of your screen while racing you need to subtact 1 from your current lap (on the screen) to figure out what lap you are 'really' on.

So that means you can pit on any one of the following race laps (according to your screen):

12,13,14 or 24,25,26

Hope that is not too confusing :)

I'm confused Homes! You amended the windows to 11,12,13 and 23,24,25. ADD the formation lap to that and we should stop between 12,13,14 and 24,25,26 on the screen. Hope that's not to confusing. Haha ha
 
Hey Homes - I dont mind what you do with the pit window reg, just as long as its equal on both ends of half way.

I think Zuat needs to become the official host of series 2, in just one post he has already got it all sorted. Thats what we need so the rules are followed correctly. Thanks Zuat.
