Worst wreck I have seen with my own eyes

Doug yesterday I rode my bike to my usual traffic watching spot(at Olive and I-270, there's tons of construction and bad drivers) and a guy in a newer(not newest) Accord stopped in the middle of the road, blocking traffic cause he couldn't read the signs. So then, he decides, I guess, to try for the lane that heads to the highway(which is the right lane and is blocked by constuction barrels on the left), only to realise that he needs to stay on Olive and he cut inbetween the barrels, drove on the blocked off part, went between the other barrels, and then pulled right into traffic cutting off several people.

Honda drivers do suck.

:rotfl:

I find most bad Honda drivers do have Accords rather than what I originally set out to prove, Civics.

Yeah, the quality of your driving is determined by the car you own.

It's a bit odd you should mention that, because I personally find it true. People who buy a certain kind of car usually have a certain kind of personality. In fairness to Hondas, there are millions on the road, so it's a bit hard for me to be making the knocks I usually make to them.

That said, Honda drivers do seem to make a higher percentage of slip-ups than, say, Toyota or Mazda drivers, and that combined with my long hatred of Honda fuels the fire.

It is striking to note that I think that the single worst drivers don't drive a Honda, but rather Volkswagen Jettas (the new style). These people (often women) can not drive. It's almost comical. Of course, following Jetta drivers on the poor scale of driving are indeed Honda drivers. :p

Edit: Oh, and by the way - my dad was rabidly anti-BMW. Usually if possible, he would go down a side-street just to avoid sitting behind a 3-series and "watching their unskilled drivers try to drive like they own the road."

Well, it's probably partially true. Certain types of people are attracted to certain cars.

I drive like I do in GT3 (well, not quite as aggressively). I don't think most Integra owners take on-ramps as ruthlessly (at least not as often) as I do. Why else would you own this car?

Then again, I used to drive my old Tercel pretty hard too.

I've seen worse. One day, I was driving home from a baseball game with my dad, and this guy in front of us rolled across the highway taking 4 other cars with it. 5 died, 3 injured, and countless others horrified.
