Peugeot 605 vs Citroen CX; I'll go with the Peugeot.
Cadillac CTS-V vs Brabus C63 AMG; The CTS-V is probably one of the only caddies that I would ever choose over an AMG mercedes. So yeah, I'll go with the CTS-V.

Doomsday Trucks: I'll take the F-650 easily. Now I need some Post-Apocalypse/ Death Race gear for it. 👍

I'll take the 605 Peugeot

CTS-D3 vs. C63 Brabus: Tough choice between sleeper sedans, but I'll take the CTS-V D3, because cheaper and it can scare many cars on the track/roads. ;)

Older Audi vs Older Volvo; I'll choose the volvo since I've heard that volvos are built like thanks. That makes it sound safer to be in.

Anyway, I also had a WYR idea. Which Fox body Ford would you rather own.

Fairmont! I just can't pass up the opportunity to own a big, soft American Muscle car! I can easily imagine the thing wobbling like a boat when turning, and I love that!

That Fairmount thing is a muscle car?

I think it depends on what you consider a muscle car. Although, I don't think it is, the fairmont was sold as an Economy type car at that time.

Toyota Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX vs Subaru Impreza Diesel; obviously the AE86 Trueno. That's my favorite generation of the Toyota Corolla/Trueno and it's a handsome car imo. I also like pop up headlights and had fond memories of driving the AE86 in GT3 & NFSU2.

That Fairmount thing is a muscle car?

Reminds me of this:

I assume the Fairmont is, but don't quote me on it.

Also, how are those cars similar in any way? A Hyundai Pony hatchback does not compare to a massive, V8, soft Fairmont! Neither of those cars are particularly attractive, but I wouldn't say they're similar because of that!

In fact, I don't think a single Japanese car has ever directly competed with an American Muscle car. By this, I don't mean American cars like the Dodge Neon or anything of the such. I also don't mean the really old Skylines, the boxy ones, because they never had the power of chassis integrity to beat muscle cars of that generation; granted, the muscle cars lacked rigidity too, but they had the power to make up for it. Correct me if I'm wrong, I'd love to hear some good Japanese-American rivals.

Actually, this topic calls for a comparo!

Would you rather have a:

Nissan GT-R Spec-V

or a

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray

It's always Corvette and GT-R, isn't it?!

The C7 is a very pretty car, but so is the GT-R. Both have very good performance numbers. V8 or V6? RWD or AWD? Ugh.

GT-R.

Thats weird. I saw a gtr (not sure which exactly, though it may have been a black edition) on the shoulder of the highway today, and two sringrays this morning on the way to school. This is the first time i have seen them in a long time, too, just as you post a comparison of the two. :odd:

Yup, I see that same blasted agrument everytime I go on facebook or youtube. It's always "The ZR1 is faster than your S*** GT-R!" , "Hah, the GT-R can do 0-60 in 2.7secs, your vette is s***!" I almost can't stand these cars now due to the immature comments they cause.

D3 Cadillac CTS-D vs. Brabus C63 AMG - CTS, I love the looks of these.

Results:
1. D3 Cadillac CTS-D
2. Brabus C63 AMG

Audi 75 vs. Volvo 144 - Audi, owning a Volvo just doesn't seem right to me, unless it's a 99 Turbo or an S60.

Results:
1. Audi 75
2. Volvo 144

Ford Mustang LX 5.0 vs. Ford Thunderbird Turbo vs. Ford LTD LX 5.0 vs. Ford Fairmont - It was close between the Thunderbird and the Mustang, but I'll take the Mustang. About the other ones, I actually kind of like the LTD (I hate older ones), but not as much as the Mustang/T-Bird. The Fairmont is just :yuck:

Results:
1. Ford Thunderbird Turbo
2. Ford Mustang LX 5.0
3. Ford LTD LX 5.0
4. Ford Fairmont

Toyota Sprinter Trueno vs. Subaru Impreza Diesel - Oh come on....:p

Results:
1. Subaru Impreza Diesel
2. Toyota Sprinter Trueno

Nissan GT-R Spec V vs. Chevrolet Corvette Stingray - This is hardddd. Really hard. But I'll take the GT-R, it's superior against not only this car, but a lot of other supercars. It's one of the best out there IMO.

Results:
1. Nissan GT-R Spec V
2. Chevrolet Corvette Stingray
