Super tough decision there. It would be hard to drive around a Saturn, but at the same time the Boxter is automatic. I would have to look at and drive them both.

Give me the sky since the solstice was a decent car and it has a manual tranny. The normal boxster is awfully slow, imagine that with an auto

They are the most common of the porsche brand to see. I have seen quite a few in Alabama (i currently live) also that was the most common one to see in Michigan (i grew up there and moved when i was 15... About to move back to Michigan in about a month and I am 20 now)

You're almost right, but the VX220 is mid-engined, completely different car.
You're thinking of the Opel GT. Or the VX220/Opel Speedster connection.

Trust me, if the Sky shared Elise underpinnings with the Vauxhall VX220 then a lot more people would be picking it over the Boxster.
Alas the Kappa platform is shared between the Sky, Solstice, Opel GT, and Daewoo G2X. The Opel and Daewoo are simply rebadged versions of the Sky.

It's the Pontiac Solstice and Saturn Sky that are the same. GM still owns Saturn right?
I wish Pontiac was still around. I would have loved to see the firebird made (which I believe they still make kits to turn your 2010 Comaro into one.
I remember a long time ago up in Michigan this guy had a Cadillac dualy (if you don't know what dualy means super dudy/3500 Silverado truck). He tried to BS me about it being a limited edition model because i was what 12 then. I told him well nice considering it says Chevrolet on the steering wheel. Hahahaha owned.

But the Sky is a roadster, and the Solstice is a coupe/convertible.
And Saturn went out of business in 2007, which is the same year as the 5ky.

Boxster, anything saturn makes is ugly to me. My dad had a boxster for three years. I never thought of it as a girly car. He smoked the taillights, bought a nice exhaust and got new porshe rims that looked similar to bbs. Looked very aggresive than girly in my opinion.

^ I've driven both Solstice (base) & the Sky Redline. Ignore the engine deliveries of both cars, the Sky has a bit more quality into it. And on the inside it like night and day, the Sky blows the Solstice away!

550hp from only 3.8 litre Twin Turbo, all hail the small engine. 0-60 in 2.8 seconds and close to 200 mph

The GTR is not that cheap anymore. It's now starting at a 103 000 $
And yeah I personally think that the GTR is oddly proportioned but that's just my opinion. What's the point of going 0-60 in 2.8 seconds when you cannot shift your own gears or even do a little burnout for fun.
Just take a look at the first minute of this video and tell me how cool the GTR looks compared to the two others, hell I'd take a GT500 over a GTR.

I would rather have the GT-R. I've said before American cars aren't my favourites and on the narrow twisty roads where I live it would be very uncomfortable. I would have to jump in a hedge every time a slightly wide load comes the other way.
The GT-R is less vulgar and ostentatious, more civilised, I would think easier to live with and in turn more practical and easier to drive, cheaper to run, better MPG, 4-wheel drive safety, faster, and it's just generally my kind of car.

GT-R every time.
The Viper comes very extremely close but the GT-R is my second favourite car in the world right now. The Viper is fourth. The GT-R is quicker, more practical, better handling (and again, despite the anal technology and all that it's not that boring as people will claim), and it has stove-tops.

Reason. I love that car. It is my all time favorite of the Big 3. My favorite is the 1996 Viper GTS Coupe (special edition one with blue and white stripes)
After the GTS ended and Dodge made the 2003 model. I hated the look of the 2003-2009 models (yes including the ACR. It just didn't look anything like the old ones. They always had a beautiful look till the 2003+ model years in my opinion. Cheap looking I guess. This new one they went for a classic modern look and i love it. Anyone who hits one in the front I will say "HOW DARE YOU" the hood is probably still going to be the most expensive part again.

250 GT Cali, no question. The Sesto Elemento is a track only car, while the California Spyder is just awesome.
