Would you rather Have

GMC 454 Truck

Or

Ford Bronco 351

GMC 454 Pickup Truck vs Ford Bronco 351; The Bronco, because it's always seem a bit cool to me and I never really cared about GMC trucks.

Last edited:
The Ford's a bit ugly, the GMC's a bit pretty, and the GMC has a bigger engine... GMC it is.

Am I allowed to say neither (on the basis that I on't know anything about these trucks and the fact I don't like them anyway?)

The Bronco II never was offered with a 351 V8. Only an I4 and 2 Cologne V6s. It was the biggest pile of anything we ever owned, excluding a Pontiac Ventura. You need to change it to a V6 lol.

This is a real Bronco.

Tickford TS50 vs HSV Clubsport - I will take the car that I've actually heard of, the Clubsport. I don't know where that "Tickford" came from, but the styling is a little wacky... in a bad way. I feel like I'm looking at a small boat, mostly because of the front end. Everything about it looks a little more mundane than the Clubsport, too, so I'm inclined to say it will be slower. It reminds me of a Ford Mondeo, surprisingly; I think it's the headlights.

1. Clubsport
2. TS50

GMC 454 Truck vs. Ford Bronco - These things are....:yuck: I'll take the Bronco because it looks better to me by 1% (and it's not a truck).

Results:
50. Ford Bronco
51. GMC 454 Truck

Tickford TS50 vs. HSV Clubsport R8 - Tickford, better styling and it's more unique.

1. Tickford TS50
2. HSV Clubsport R8

I'm with you there.

You didn't but you've made a good point over the past few months that you dislike most of them. Fair enough though.

Anyways, Fiesta for me.

1970 Ford Mustang Coupe

Engine: 351 Cleveland 2V 5.8L V8
Horsepower: 330
Torque: 394 lb-ft

This is how a Mustang should sound.
YouTube Link

vs

1970 Dodge Charger

Engine: 383 Magnum 6.4L V8
Horsepower: 330
Torque: 410

YouTube Link

Tough choice here, since they are my favorites.. But I'll go for the Charger and either drop a 440 Mag or build the 383 to a 426, pushing 900 horses of Detroit Muscle! ;)

Zyla
Mazda Autozam AZ-1

or

Honda Beat

I'll take the Autozam, because unique and maybe place a 3-rotor engine inside one? 💡

Xavier2342
Would You Rather

2014 Audi S6 MSRP: $73,400

vs

2014 Jaguar XJ Sedan MSRP: $74,200

Good one, but I'll have the S6 hands down.

Slashfan
I'd take the huge van, and mod it to be a sleeper on the drag strip, since that's about all its good for.

Similar to the TopGear Ford Transit Van with the V6TT engine that's found inside the XJ220? That thing is mental. But use a Benz V12 for the Van. :sly:

But I'll take the Honda, and try a wild idea of using a C35B (a stroked C32B NSX engine to 3.5L TT, rebuilt pushing 700-800hp) and place it inside the middle. Heard of Honda Drag Van? :mischievous:👍

Custom878
Chevrolet El Camino SS 454 or Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454?

Tough, but I love the '70 Chevelle and '72 Camino, but the Chevelle wins hands down! ;)

This is a real Bronco.

Preach it brother! That's the real deal. Not that crappy Bronco II. So the GMC wins and will be my personal monster truck for off-roading. 👍

Rockford TS50 vs. R8 Clubsport: Tough one, these are two of the baddest Aussies in the early 21st Century. But I'll go with the TS50. Looks cooler and I'll fix her up just a little. 👍

Personally, I prefer the air I'd take the 2nd.
Internet cookie to whoever gets that reference. :D

Odyssey vs. Sprinter

I'd rather have the Odyssey

GMC 454 vs. Bronco 351

I'd rather have the GMC

TS50 vs. Clubsport R8

I'd rather have the Clubsport

Gen 1 vs. Gen 2 vs. Gen 3

I'd rather have the 2nd gen STi

Gen 2 WRX.

1965 Ford Mustang Fastback

Engine: 289ci (4.7L) 4V Hi-Po K-Code V8
Horsepower: 271
Torque: 312 lb-ft
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual

vs

Horsepower: 220
Torque: 350 lb-ft
Transmission: 4 Speed Manual

FC, because I already own 2 180sx
M3 light weight, because RWD and not huge.
RS200, it doesn't look like a clown car.
Porche, it has a roof and that jag looks hidious.
GTA Spano, it looks better and I don't know anything about those two cars.
GR-1 because it's the least ugly of the two.
Mustang because Manual gearbox, but I like the look of the other one more.
Detomaso, the porche looks ugly.
Shelby CSX-VNT, because it's a car.
E46 M3 CSL, because the rest look like crap and at least it tries to be light weight.
Evo X MR, the Camaro would be impossible to run here, and the Evo is the least ugly and probably the fastest of the choices left over.
None of the small disgusting '13 hatches.
Mustang, it has a steering wheel and drives.
None of the land yachts.
Is that a mazda or a ford underneath those badges? Chevy looks better.
Jag, it looks better.
Odyssey, it's a Honda and smaller.
GMC, it looks better.
HSV, the ford looks like a damaged car from GT5.
Gen 1 Impreza, it's lightest and looks best.
Mazda speed, I hate VWs.
Mustang, it looks better and smaller.

Impreza Gen1 vs Gen 2 vs Gen 3; I prefer the GC8 Imprezas, so I would get the first type of WRX Sti. Besides, I don't any of the first gen stis in America.

1965 Ford Mustang Fastback vs 1974 Pontiac Le mans GT: the 1965 mustang fastback, especially in that color scheme; the early mustangs always look fantastic in stripes.

Volkswagen Golf GTI Performance Pack vs. Mazda Mazdaspeed3 - The Golf, easily.

Results:
1. Volkswagen Golf GTI Performance Pack
2. Mazda Mazdaspeed3

Ford Mustang Fastback vs. Pontiac LeMans GT - Fastback, another easy one.

Results:
1. Ford Mustang Fastbacl
2. Pontiac LeMans GT

Volkswagen Golf GTI Performance Pack vs. Mazda Mazdaspeed3 - Hmm. Depends on the specification of the Mazda, however, I do like how it looks like and that it could be a NA engine, as far as the current engine lineup shows. (So far, they're all NA engines in the Mazda 3 - well at least in the UK I think..)
I'll take the Mazda over the VW - never thought I'd say that. o_o

Results:
1. Mazda Mazdaspeed3
2. Volkswagen Golf GTI Performance Pack

Different Generations of Imprezas - 3rd Gen, because I don't much care for Imprezas, so the newest one will probably be the most comfortable and easiest to live with. I'll take the 3rd Gen.

1. 3rd Gen
2. 2nd Gen
3. 1st Gen

GTI Performance Pack vs MazdaSpeed - In my opinion, Golfs are fantastically manufactured cars, however I would pick the Mazda. I quite like the new Mazda hatchbacks and if it has a rotary engine, all the better! You won't find me driving a Golf, despite my respect for them.

1. MazdaSpeed
2. GTI Performance Pack

Le Mans GT vs Mustang - I'll take the Mustang, but only just. I quite like the size of the Pontiac, it adds to its character. The Mustang looks like more of a daily driver, though (but only just). I really despise how the entire rear looks though; the fastback isn't long enough and the tail lights are dreadful. Also, it has a 4-speed gearbox, which just ruins it! I don't think I'd buy one of these cars with my own money, but that's just me.

1. Mustang
2. Le Mans GT

1gen Subaru Impreza WRX STi

vs.

2gen Subaru Impreza WRX STi

vs.

3gen Subaru Impreza WRX STi

Depends on whether we're talking the very first WRX STi or any STi from the GC chassis.

If I can have a Ver.V coupe, 1st gen definitely, but otherwise I'd go for the MY05 2nd gen. Best of the EJ207, one of the better looking GD Imprezas and the first introduction (here anyway) of DCCD.

-> ...
It's an auto though not a DCT which means it's pretty smooth and more like the rest of the car. I do understand and respect your preference towards MTs. I find it fun to just press the kickdown and hold on sometimes
^ All the cars I've mentioned earlier had DCT flappy-paddle. ;)

Alright, here's one. Would you rather have:

2013 Ford Fiesta

2013 Chevrolet Sonic

2013 Kia Soul
^ The Soul is out because that very model on that pic (!/exclaim) does not feature a M/T. The Sonic or should I say Aveo =cough! cough!= Daewoo Kalos T300 is a Korean car in drag. I vote for the Fiesta, although its a bit skimpy inside, it's a very good quality car for the Global market. 👍

Anyway, I haven't done a comparison in a while.

2011 Ford Ranger XLT

or

2011 Chevrolet Colorado
^ I'd get the the much more tossable Ranger. I can even call it, "The American HiLux" because it's been around in the American landscape for 2-3 decades!!! Plus it's aftermarket support is as vast as the Wranglers!

Mazda Autozam AZ-1

or

Honda Beat
^ As what I've said before regarding any Kei-sports cars, whichever fits me first is my choice. But the Beat wins me over, it's the true successor of the S600 Roadster (aka. the S2000's dad). Light, high revving, & a top-down roadster so my head can stick out (I'm 6'3 btw). :indiff:

My turn, would you rather have a:

Honda Odyssey

or a

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
^ As much as I love the Sprinter (because we also have it here in the US), almost no other MPV's can topple the JDM Odyssey! I used to own the 1st-generation and it was perfection (other than it never came out with a M/T). The JDM Odyssey is the US Odyssey could've and should've been!!! :)

Another one from me.

2002 Tickford TS50 or 2001 HSV Clubsport R8
^ Very tough! I'd get the TS50 simply because it's rarer. But the HSV is a very good platform to convert it into a Catera-V or the 1st CTS-V! :dopey:

~> I've always called the CTS as Catera Touring Sedan, since the CTS replaced the Catera (similar to Seville-to-STS), makes sense right!? ;)

1gen Subaru Impreza WRX STi GC (GC version 1 Type-RA JDM-only)

vs.

2gen Subaru Impreza WRX STI GD (GD version 2 US-spec shown)

vs.

3gen Subaru Impreza WRX STi GE (GE version 3 shown, BUT ITS NOT AN STI!!!)
^ All in all, I'm a 3-time Subie owner. Let me sing my burble song!

-> The GE-body is totally out because it represents Subaru's core weirdness the least. Because in my opinion I see it as a AWD Corolla!

-> Although I used to own the GD-bodies twice. The best USDM-spec STi was the '07, the one on the pic is an '04. So I'll pass on that.

-> The GC is my pick simply because the pic you've shown us is the hardest core GC, the Type-RA!!!

2015 Volkswagen Golf GTI Performance Pack (U.S Version), or 2015 Mazdaspeed 3 (When it comes out next year)?
^ Easy, the Golf VII GTI. Make mine a 5-door and a M/T! :sly:

Trucks; I'll go for the GMC 454.

Aussie Sedans: HSV Clubsport, easily.

Imprezas: I'll take a Gen1, particularly a 555 as it has historical significance to Colin McRae

Muscle Cars: Mustang without a doubt

GTI vs Mazda: Golf. It's more complete than the Mazda. Make mine a DSG.

GC Impreza STi vs. GD Impreza STi vs. GR/GE Impreza STi: Hmmm.... A good, but tough one, since I'm a Subie fan. But I'll go with the GC8 Impreza, because JDM EJ20T and 22B STi, since the GD-GR is over here in the States. ;)

Mustang Fastback vs. Pontiac Formula: Tough, but I'll take the Fastback easily, same color and a built 351ci pushing 550hp @580ft-lbs please.

Golf GTi vs. MS3: Hmmmm... I'll take the Mazda.
