IIRC, the McLaren slightly overstepped the stop sign, and the skater, not seeing that the McLaren had overstepped the stop sign, skated past, almost hitting the McLaren. The driver then hit their horn, which prompted the skater to smash in the windscreen with his skateboard.

Turns out it was apparently staged.

Sad considering this person was a race car driver...and still does off road racing...

Just goes to show. Yeah I mean bad luck this time, but the last time Jenner was in the news due to traffic happenings wasn't the case. I could see why @Robin would be quick to blame Jenner.

It always impresses me just how bad people are at driving.

3 months of driving with my grandpa, 2 weeks of drivers training, all while learning to drive a manual sports car and I was a better driver than half of the drivers in Edmonton.

According to Bild, the accident happened in Wolfsburg, where the Volkswagen Group, Bugatti’s parent company, is headquartered. The Chiron appears to be on a VW test track, and it’s quite possible this Chiron is a test mule.


Bild also quoted a Bugatti spokesperson:

“The driver was unfortunately a little inattentive, which is why the car landed in the road ditch. Fortunately nobody was hurt.”
