Car pack 1 DLC. The only way to get that level of BHP is to use the X2011, no X2010 can go that high.

Take the ballast out. The car by itself wont be as fast but in the draft the car without ballast is alot faster.

There is no weight added, the position has just been changed. Some people believe it affects the handling. I've never been sure myself.

it does affect the handling because if you put both down forces to 200/200 the top speed it will make is 249 mph, and can turn on a sharp turn at 150-210 mph, rarely spin out. But if you put both of them down to 50/200 it can reach over 300 mph, make a turn not as fast, and spin out a lot more

You are referencing aerodynamic downforce, not ballast (weight). While what you are saying is accurate it's not quite the right topic.

As far as the ballast issue, I've never seen any appreciable difference moving empty ballast around, however my testing has not been very extensive.

I did this tuning and my redbull wont go above 285mph and it keeps makeing sparks anyone know how to fix this?

also it the X-2011 im talking about

Also when i first go my x1 it used to go the max of 305.3mph in the speed test and after that i did a 200 lap race then a 60 lap race and then a 90 lap race since then my x1 wont go above 287mph iv even tried following the tuning thing on one of my messages and iv changed the oil and repaired the engine??

You could just adjust the final lower to access more mph.
