That post was from December, on occasion someone bumps one of the old ones up. So check out the date if it looks odd.

I have the ticket from reaching level 35 b-spec and it seems tradeable. If I go to my items list and press triangle for options and press gift to friend the list of my friends appears. I thought it wasn't supposed to do that with untradeable cars???

No its not trade able, I have it too its the green one. It may let you do that ^ but its not going to go anywhere.

It doesn't give the warning with tickets. Try sending it though, you'll soon find out it won't go anywhere
