Well what I mean is a lot of money. How do YOU know how much AK-47s cost? They LOOK expensive. You bought one didnt ya?

Naw, I never got one, but I was watching the military channel one day, and it had a segment on the AK, and that was what one guy said. He said around $10. But enough talk of guns, unless they are on the cars.

You know you play to much when you hack the game and trick out the vanquish with "Bond Rockets"

... you decide to start a new gamesave and go through the bulls of the licenses over and over again just for the kick of having almost no credits and have to buy another car that'll get you through to the Merc CLS GTR win time and time again

..... your thumb has developed a calous from holding the accerlorator constantly down while doing a couple of 24hr Sarthe races in a row. (over approx a week and a half, or less if your game.)

..... you can name every corner and best time for each track.

...... you don't need any lists that tell you when your favourite rare car is available in the used car lots.

..... you dont need any list to tell you what car can run in which event.

You consider, as I now do in these "challenging economic times", the collecting and tuning of the rally cars in GT4 to be a credible alternative to your former bank account-shredding hobby involving their diecast equivalents. Blimey...

That's doable with a 0.0km Sirion/Storia X4 fully worked, some R5's and 100hp NOS. ;)

just out of idle curiosity... you tried it didn't you? just to see if you could....

mafia boy? what does that have to do with trying to get a diahatsu around tsukuba in under a minute?

When you actually go out and spend $18,000aus on an ae111 trueno cos you liked it in gt4.

Um, I don't think he's necessarily bought one

You play to much GT4 if you
....try to find out why you dont drive under the minute with your familiy car around the tsukuba circuit.....

.....Why your familiy car dont doing 300km/h at Nürbürgring straight away......

.......When youre wondering how much racing slicks would cost to your familiy car........

I do that, but whats worse is I do that in the hobby shop with the model cars too.
- You put on your reading glasses and tell people your now running in 1080i HDtv, and its 10 times better then normal.

Lmao...I've done both of those.

...When you decide to name your kids after cars in-game: Civic, Viper and Mustang do sound a bit funny.

Edit:
mafia boy? what does that have to do with trying to get a diahatsu around tsukuba in under a minute?

I said user title, which says 'the grease monkey!!!' Surely that was obvious.

...when you notice your neighbours bought himself a BMW M3, you then give it a full review based upon what you know from driving it in the game.

When you have 2 memory cards , both filled with cars :nervous:

...When you put the entire GT4 soundtrack on your iPod.

...When you know all the lyrics of those songs, because you've had them on your iPod for so long.

No, I haven't done it

... When you find yourself two-wheelin' in the three wheeler horseless carriage.

Yup, been there, done that.

... when you read a car tuner's magazine and read what the owners say about the engine mods they have made and think to yourself; "would that be a stage 2 or stage 3 turbo upgrade?"

...when you try to replicate "Top Gear Battle of the Generations" (guilty)
...when you accomplish to replicate "Top Gear Battle of the Generations" (not guilty)
...when you think that any car (except for the Formula Gran Turismo '04) could be MUCH faster. (not guilty)
...when you can steer with your feet, brake with your nose and change gear with your genitals, AND still win 200 A-Spec points each race. (not guilty)
...when the game suddenly shows a "Please, GO THE (bleep) OUTSIDE!" screen before shutting down itself. (not guilty)
...when you compare curves in people with curves of the game tracks, like "damn, those tits look like 130R" (not guilty)

You know you're playing GT4 too much when...
...you show your dad how well you can drive and ask him to borrow the family car for a drive in the local track.
...you put two ants in a plate and wait for them to complete them in under half a minute, in true Twin Ring Motegi Super Speedway fashion.
...you tell your uncle, who is going to buy the Ford Model T, that he is crazy if he hopes to get gold in the 80 licences in the way to the Ford Dealers.

Haah the last one is funny.

You know you're playing GT4 too much when...
... you name every car by a name from GT4
... when GT4 becomes your imaginary friend
... when you listen to GT4 music all day

/........ when your ps2 or ps3 has broke and youve had to buy 3 previously
when you have 2 of every car in the game

You have 21/2 of every car in the game becuase you can memorise all the coding and thus making you the hybrid king.

When you realise there is no way in hell that your Mums' Punto is going to reach 7000RPM.

When you arrive at fuji speedway to race and when you hit a railing you wonder why you didn't bounce off with no damage or airbag in your face.

When you wonder why your car does a barrel roll at trial mountain becuase in gt4 it just goes sideways a bit

you know you play too much gt4 when your mom misses the parking spot and you tell her very passionatly, !mom hold square quick!!!
