It's lazy game design when a mission challenge and daily workout give the same car in the same colour on the same day. From RVelani in r/granturismo:

I just don't believe it - today I get the Subaru WRX Rally Car - That's a rally car for the last three days - what have I done to get this ? I feel I have just wasted my time over the last three days 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
 
Honestly, just keep on racing.

I'm only a level 35. I've received a **** ton of unwanted duplicates, but I've also managed to obtain some great cars.

I'm at almost 65% of all the cars in the game, and most of them were through daily workouts. Why spend money if there's a chance you can get it for free? Managed to win the Chaparral 2X, Tomahawk X, the Jag XJ13 (which saved me 20mil), and countless cars from group 1, 3, 4, and B.
