5) needles in the big toes to have ingrown toenails removed.

4) broken wrist after hitting some one on their shoulder blade.

3) gout attack in the left wrist

2) head split open on corner of bed (was only 5 when it happened).

1) cyst removed from the top of crack on my butt (the worst part was when the dressing needed to be changed the first time. because i was unconcious the first time it was packed quite well, having the blood dry and then having the blood riped from the wound. (because of the position of the cut i could not have any stitches.) man that brout a tear to my eye.

Oh, I had an ingrown toe nail back in 7th grade. Those two needles were terribly painful! I also had an operation to get a cyst removed from my butt crack too, not too long ago. I had the closed surgery though, so I didn't have to get the dressing changed every day. The pain the next day while laying on the hospital bed was unbearable. After that it was still rather painful, but no where near as bad because I had the ability to lay on my side and my stomach. Today I still get a little bit of pain depending on how I sit.

Ive had nails in my knee and a screw through my hand from skateboarding, surprisingly no pain from either. Broke my ankle and tore a tendon in it while skating too, that was bad but nowhere near something I go through every few months.

Anyone get migraines / cluster headaches?
No fun at all.

It begins when my field of view changes slightly, usually either flattening or getting taller, many times going unnoticed. Usually within a few minutes of this I'll get a small blind spot that grows into an impossibly complex ever changing multicolored fractal form that takes over one eye or the other, usually the right in my case. This part isn't so bad if I don't have to drive anywhere, but of course I know that soon I'll be forced into a dark-but-never-dark-enough, silent-but-never-silent-enough, immaculate-but-somehow-painfully-smelly room for the next day or so.
Hard to describe the pain, but imagine jagged shards of white-hot metal being thrust through your eye socket up through your skull with each heartbeat, gaining exponentially in intensity over the next 6-36 hours.

You think that with the severity of this type of pain and the commonality of this condition that doctors would be somewhat accommodating... no such luck. I am offered two choices, an ergot based chemical cousin to LSD or a magic mushroom based chemical cousin to psylocin. Neither do much, unless you count uncomfortable vasoconstriction and dizzying nausea (on top of the usual migraine nausea).

I suppose no doctor could care about 'just another headache' unless they have been subjected to a similar experience.

I don't care what pain you've been in, I win. :)

I racked my nuts doing this huge rail when riding a few months ago. I thought I had the balance so I stuck it out longer, and what do ya know? I racked them. Went to the hospital and turned out my right testicle was bruised very badly. But! I can still have kids :D

Its a tie between cutting off 1/2 an inch of my finger and doing 90mph barrel rolls into a concrete barrier.

But, If I wasn't asleep, This would have been the most pain ever: I had eye surgery a few years ago and they are to "shorten" one of the right eyes muscles. This involved taking my eyes out of my head and cutting into the muscles to make them shorter so my eye would sit straight. Not to mention they tied a sting to it to make me see straight. My god, that hurt like hell, someone pulling on you eye muscle. I WAS awake for that part

Although I did step on a nail today, it went through my shoe, but not my foot.

Not to mention I have been to the ER about 7-8 times

Yeah, thats not that bad at all if they freeze your toe first like they should. Completely painless. Just a little bit of pressure. The next few days are what hurt :scared:

 Like, was your eyeball actually dangling out of the socket or what?

Yes, I tried to have the ophthalmologist take pictures, but he said he cant on some weird reason involving the hospital liability issues

Hopefully-I never have to do that again!:)

Most painful experience... would have to be 4th grade. I was playing soccer but since we were so damn rough and people liked to carry the ball I guess we played Rugby but anyways I was goalie and I went to go block a ball that had been kicked to score and I missed and my hand scraped against the bench and the bench's paint/wood was flaking off so yeah. A sliver of the wood and paint had found its way inbetween my skin and nail of my index finger. It was painful as it was in it but 10x more painful taking it out. God it makes me squirm everytime I think about it.

There 're different types of pain. A blund pain, a sharp pain etc... But which is the most painfull?

I'm on my school's JROTC drill team and I was learning a move called the "Flyin Hawaiian", which is basically a quad aerial (4 rotations in the air) thrown from the side of the body and while the rifle is in mid-air you spin 360 degrees in the opposite direction of the rifle. Well that day I threw it too low and I move nearly directly under it. It barely missed my head ,but the rifle landed hard on my shoulder. WHen that happen my body was stil rotated and somehow my head turned into the direction of the falling rifle. Before you know it I took a butt to the jaw and was knocked out....

Getting hit twice by a 8.5LB rifle hurts alot.

Their have been numerouse times where I have been hit in the Balls with different blunt obljects (mallets, wrenches, rifles, crowbars, etc.)

You know the metal tape measures?

lets just say, one of those is lethal, it cost me an infection and a trip to arrowe park hospital!

but thats it, i aint prone to accidents

but i am an arachnaphobe

I have two competing experienses... don't really know which one is the most painfull.

First one: falling with a ladder (ladders "legs" slipped on concrete, and started to slide from underneath me) from 4 meters high. My other hand caught the fall, and the other one got caught under me, between the ladder and the ground. As a result, left wristbone fractured from one place. Right wrisbone fractured from three places. Right one took two surgical operations, two weeks of cast and eight weeks of "metal contraption"

Second: Britney Spears WMA.
