have u guys seen the commercial!??!! OMG its gotta be the gayest thing. little mini RC cars that were based on initial D.

the commercial's crap. the toys look just as bad. AHHH:mad:

this is going to be ****ed up though kids and teenagers will be like "i like that mom i want it plzzz" and then they are going to be like"whats initial D?" there going to think drifting is cool and there fore

Drifting= the new drag racing/street racing

its going to suck
 
lol yeah. while drifting starts becoming more and more like a TREND, imma try to hit some tracks and learn to become a better driver.
 
The other day I was watching someone playing Auto Modellista and they were struggling to drift in an oval track, minus all the cornering limit, entry and exit speed, etc. So no doubt about it, drifting is now your most disturbing American trend.

Yes it will... We gonna need more ambulances if that is going to start, there is already enough crashes from street drag racing as it is.
 
I forgot who it was..but someone brought up a good point. The people trying to drift in their civics will give up after they go through three sets of 'dubs'. They aren't going to keep wasting money on something they can't do well. They may be dumb, but they aren't stupid.
 
I still don't see why Initial D is that cool. Yes, awesome theme, good representation, but its kind of boring. And the computer generated graphics for the movies didn't seem to work very well for me, at least.
 
those are retarded. Im gonna tell my 5th grade cousin if he buys one Ill beat him up :lol:. I got one last year but dam what a waste of a x-mas present :banghead:.

zipzaps are lame. they can be fast if you upgrade them. the japnese ones and the real ones are called "TOMY *****ar-G" search that and you will get the real ones. i had one ,but it's not for drifting because you cant. the problem with mine is i lost it. :(. im selling my little set on ebay. i have no use for these extra parts

ive got a 2spd rx7 with top end speen ratios and a 3.0 motor

i got it last xmas off ebay from my ex-g/f
it gets boring if youve got no one to race with though

i think i might pull it out of the box and ripp it on my floor a few times

+a tool : takes off body with ease. and gear on motor

+2 controllers : 27mhz and 35mhz

+2 motors : 1.0 2.2

+Tire Set : soft medium hard

+Extra TOMY Ni-CD battery (i think only 50 mah)
Bit Char-G itself is the americanized one.
(i lost the real one i bought:(. HAD: new magnets, new battery 150 mahh, 3.8 motor, stock tires, extended antenna, but's it all gone:( :( )

+amercanized controller. the circle one.

that's all. i need to take pics then post it on ebay:D

hopefully to make about 25$ :D :D

ZIPZAPS SUCK I HAVE THE MICOR MACHINES AND THOSE HAVE AT SKYLINE BODIES AND OTHER IMPORT BODIES AS WELL
 
i've got muscle machines. i've dones some w0rk on each of the cars to make em not look so "riced out" my s15, actually looks like the Signal S15 w/o the orange color, and the stickers.

Zip Zaps look really ugly bur if lowered they can look acceptable...The Zip Zaps SE that you are talking about(which have 2 ae86 bodyshells)can drift 'cause they have fully proportional controller...

The original Micrp rc's are TOMY's Bit Char-G which look awesome and are really fast with great quality...Since TOMY is japanese the TOMY Initial D set which was posted above is a really old product which was produced when the Initial D started in japan...
Now on TOMY bit's since I have a few I'll say they can be worthwhile,they are upgradabe can be really fast...Also you can have various types of tires(soft,hard e.t.c.)and custom gears in order to get better accelaration or better top speed...SO as you can see they are not toys!!!:lol:

This custom Levin is based on a AE86 Trueno and features custom wide wheels with soft rear tires in the rear custom gears and motor.AS you can see is a work in progress...

The Zip Zaps are owned by Radioshack.
Microsizers are the official TOMY product in US.
HotWheels just have license for a different TOMY product(the kit racers)


My 2 cents...

P.S:THis is my first post on the forum but I really love this part and I'm watching it for a long time...

P.S.2:Also drifting is going to be the next trend but this will be very very bad 'cause most people can street race/drag(even if they are bad)but drifting is a really difficult art so I believe that many problems will occure from the wannabe drifters...
