Need to get more extreme like TG in Africa. :dopey:

But I like having doors!!!

*edit*
Well that would make sense as my doors weigh 70-80lbs EACH.

In town: $3.13/gal
Closest station: $3.15/gal
Diesel: $3.79/gal

Thank you ethanol and $110 a barrel oil. :grumpy:

Right now, around $1.08/Litre, its getting pretty bad and the future doesnt look too bright either.

$3.459 per gallon, was $3.199 just a couple of days ago

Diesel just went to 4.19 a gallon

91 Octane is 3.89, should be 4-ish within the month.

Im so getting a motorcycle if (when) it goes above 5 a gallon

I've been trying to drive for gas mileage this time around, to the best of my ability without impeding the flow of traffic, and I've gotten about 6mpg better than my last fill-up. It's surprising how much of a difference driving style makes.

I know you can attest to it, but I'm surprised how expensive gas is here. Usually Michigan (and Grand Rapids) dodges the higher prices... Oh well. We're still paying less than the Europeans, but certainly a part of me wants the prices to go up a bit more so people FINALLY figure out that its stupid to drive these huge trucks/SUVs, and curb their appetite for fuel once and for all.

3.50+ for regular

touching 3.90 for premium

touching 3.90 for premium

Wow. At this rate, I wonder if I'll see $4 by the time Spring Break is over. I'll have to practice my economical driving.

I paid $3.139 for 12.383 US gallons for a total cost of...drum roll please...$38.87. WTF, god I hate being poor.

Hmmm. I think I paid around $3.30 last time around. My buddy thinks it's gonna reach $5 before the year's over. If that happend, I might consider a 250cc bike. :D

I'm thinking about a bike as well for the summer months. Filling up the Cooper costs about $40 and I can do 400-430 miles on one tank, so it's no bad, not great but it's livable. Combine that with a bike though and my yearly fuel bill would be much much lower.

My friend's were trying to talk me into a Motorcycle... They have one that has the same amount of power as my car. :dopey:

Just filled up at Costco for 3.45 for regular

costco ftw

$3.55 for premium today at the BP when I filled up. I'm still experimenting with what gives me the best mileage, Shell seems to be the best but BP is up there.

I just managed to put exactly £20 in my car... Not hard you say...

But, I was using a Tesco "5p off per litre" voucher which is only removed once you get to the till. So I knew I could go over £20 on the pump and but pay less at the till. So I went for a ball park estimate. Only to find out I got it spot on

So anyway, I paid 98.9p for a litre of 95 Octane. Not as bad as it has been.

We are holding steady at $3.39 for regular and $3.59 for premium, but diesel is going nuts, it's not $4.29!!!

What's sad is there is no reason for diesel to be so high--its that high because more people are buying diesel cars around here. If that isn't price gouging I don't know what is.

£1.15 litre for diesel today. Cost me £50 to fill up my van.

Have to fill up soon again... :grumpy:

It cost me $50 to pump 13 gallons the other day. The lowest I've seen here is $3.75.

$3.68 for regular last time I filled up, which was sunday. :guilty:

$3.38/gal for premium here, and it usually takes about 10 gal. when i fill up....im not complaining :D

What do you drive?

$3.57 yay... score...

me? a '97 Subaru Legacy wagon (engine is the 2.2 n/a)

I'm paying around $3.25/gal for regular, but I've noticed that diesel is $4+/gal everywhere I look.

I'm waiting for it to get warm enough outside for me to put my new sparkplugs and wires in, so I can (maybe) enjoy better fuel economy. It's been in the lower 20s all winter.

I'll also be able to start riding the Ninja again...$10 premium fill-ups FTW.

108.9p x_x diesel is going for 114.5 iv seen, thats been going up quietly wheres all the motorists who complained when petrol went up to the high 90s :odd: everyones just given in lol its ridiculous now

diesels goin for 114.9p

standard petrol 106.9p

optimax/ultimate 109.0p

:ouch::ouch:
