Lol, reminds me of the GRID online demo from awhile back. Idk if it was intentional, but that first turn would always cause that one guy to mess up and almost everyone steering into his pile up (Guy on mic: Dang, guess I came in too hot guys. My bad :O *other cars intentionally smash into the his car as they pass by* ).

NEWS ON TODAY'S ITALIAN NEWSPAPER:

Siena's cityhall is asking Sony to remove the karting track PIAZZA DEL CAMPO from the game, and is threatening to start legal actions.
They claim that a kart race on the famous piazza where the PALIO DI SIENA is held is disrespectful, also another problem is that in the demo, the flags of the Siena's Contradas (the teams that race) are shown without previous approval.

Can someone translate all the technical stuff on the Viper ACR pic please? Obviously it's an 8.3 litre V8 (?) but below that, does it list the exhaust emissions too?

yeah i remember that happened to me all the time in the demo and i just let everybody go in front of me then i would go, most of the time i won by doing that.

10. That is by far my favourite one (and my last) and I finally managed to upload it. Pagani Zonda R '09 on Nürburgring 24h version. Driven in pro physics, no driving aids, soft slick tyres. Boy oh Boy that car was a monster to drive, almost uncontrolable at high speeds.
Notice the new particle effects and the skidmarks, nice! And yes I know my driving sucked. The skidmarks between 12:05 and 12:50 are especially awesome, as much as I can tell you can leave as much of them on the raod as you want.

(Almost forgot, you can turn your speakers in the first 5 minutes a bit louder because you can hear the engine a bit.)

Oh and... you will get a glimpse of me.:O

Is it possible to edit existing Circuits, wich are already in GT in the Course Maker?
I can barely remember something like this...
If yes, then wouldnt it be AMAZING to make a Nordschleife Layout with the Steilstrecke?

The option was there, though not accessible (Drift Challenge icon crossed out)
 
PIAZZA DEL CAMPO karting track might be removed from the game.

It appears that the Siena cityhall is suing Sony for showing the flags of the city's Contradas (they are the teams that race on the PALIO DI SIENA) without authorization; The Palio representatives are also stating that they will never allow the flags to be shown in a car racing game, as is not related in any way with the ancient history of the Palio (btw the PALIO di SIENA is a really old horse race)

I think they are exaggerating a bit too much..

If it is only the flags they're concerned about then that is a pretty easy fix I guess.

I've found some news about this on tintyweb but google translate isn't doing a great job putting it into English.

It seems they weren't asked if they could use the flags in a racing context & are now being asked to remove them, as they are copyrighted. The Piazza is a different matter altogether I think.

Can an Italian speaker translate these for us?

OK, apparently the flags have to be removed, while for the Piazza, its the city-hall call whether to let them use it or not
 
Well the kart feature was really for GT6. Maybe they hadn't got around to askine permission yet. A bit similar to the Porsche Kaz modeled without asking.
Just my thoughts.

I can understand flags, but since when public places have copyrights?
I find incredible that to use the Piazza in a game, permission has to be asked. 👎
