I did a search, but couldn't see this anywhere else...

Does anyone else think that the layout of Cape Ring looks like a motorbike? Any reason for this?

Yeah...I don't really see it.

But I do like tracks with interesting shapes. Nurburgring looks like a smiling head. :dopey:

All I see is that the inner track looks similar to Autumn Ring Mini.

Haha now I will always think of a bike for this circuit.

On a related note:

The Nurburgring Nordschleife looks like a pig...!

Didn't think anybody else noticed this, lol.

My brother was the first to point this out to me, couldn't see it at first, funny though.

Yeah, the smiling head of a "pig", can you see it?

Nah, just another rush job;

Kaz to developer 'Item no 23456789 on my wish list for GT5, create a new original track'
dev thinks: 'oh cr&p, does he know Sony wants the gold disk next week ?
dev (looking at his house keys); 'hey Kaz put back the gold disk a few days and I'll knock something up'

Monza looks like a upside down electric drill/ hair dryer.
Fuji looks like an upside down wood plane.
Indy is an iphone.
Tsukuba looks like a pair of wire strippers/ stapler.
Madrid looks like an umbrella.... need I go on?

Edit: The 'ring will now always be in my mind as the Nur'boar'ring.

Has anyone noticed how the Indy track is a dead ringer for a rectangle with rounded corners? That has to be more than a coincidence.

I once owned a F1-game (F1 1995 or something), including a special track which had the shape of a Formula-car (with wheels and spoilers), and I liked it very much!
