I just googled "looping out affect" and the only result was this thread.

So, I tried "looping out effect" and the only 2 results were: 1. A PDF document which was a scientific study regarding "The Topology of Genes in Mammalian Cell Nuclei" 2. A Patent issued in 1960 for something called the "Hagenbuch"

So, maybe "famous" was not the proper term.

Looping out effect? If I know my history in GT maybe he's referring to the sound sample in all GT looping in every gear . Is this another Amar's cryptic sign?

Maybe by "looping out" he means what happens when you try to do a donut and just stop moving?

In BMX, looping out is when your wheelie becomes too fast and you end up on yer bottom, with the bike above you.

Maybe in cars, looping out is similar to in GT3 when you wheelie'd in the Escudo and end up flying?
