Hood View! PD Please put it in!

We want a proper hood view!

Roof cam is fine by me.

If this is a serious attempt at getting PDs attention, it's too late. 25 days to go, the content is done. It's marketing, packaging, and promotion time.

We always have patches. Its never too late. GT fans waited for so long, PD should make us happy with proper hood view. With all the recent videos, it seems it not happening for day one, but we might have it in a patch.
 
Too late since the game is more than likely done,but hey it may be in the game. 👍

There will be lots of patches for sure. I heard that the demos had lots of glitches, and for a game this big, its no surprize.
 
The demos are just that, demos. Demos and betas have glitches all the time. I'm sure the final will be much better. Of course there are always patches, but content like a new camera view isn't something likely to be added after the fact. I'm guessing we will have the same views as Prologue.

I play a lot of games, and while in theory final products are supposed to be all ironed out, usually they are not.
 
Not to put too fine a point on it, but the game will be going gold in a matter of days. If it ain't there now, it ain't gonna be.
 
i also want this because i don't like the bumper view which makes me feel like swimming on the road.

but i agree it's too late. i also doubt you can get a new "view" through patches. i'm not a game designer though.

Did I say the game was gonna be perfect? I said it will be better than the demos, it has to be. I would expect that all the bugs and glitches seen in demos will be gone in the release. They were obvious ones that PD wouldn't stand to have in the final build. Of course there may be other small ones that the team may not have even found due to the sheer amount of content. This won't be an F1 2010 all over again, believe me.
 
Hood view is my favorite. It sucks if it's not in. I hope a patch will change that.
 
i'd rather have a dashboard view, but the bonnet view would be nice

HAHA I think thats good for replays. Or RC.. oh boy, if 5 more people mention RC, the Tranzlator san that watches over GTPlanet will think we want RC cars now.. :guilty:

Think it would take longer to drive around the ring in a "RC" than it did in the "Model T":nervous:
 
A dashboard view would be kinda cool actually. I'd prefer that in replays though I think.
 
Dashboard/hood view would be great. There can never be enough view options.

HA! Think again! My RC car can theoretically top 80mph. Then again I could never control it at anywhere near that speed so it probably wouldn't even survive a lap around the ring.
 
it would be handy for some cars like the Citroen concept.
I find it very difficult to drive that from it's cockpit view.
 
Is this the 'hood view' everyone's talking about?

I don't mind the roof cam they are using now. Its the view I used when I am not using the cockpit view.
