How to create account and get B-day ticket under 18?

I created several accounts to get birthday tickets but at my first attempt for a '95 one, it didn't give me any B-day tickets??? Any clue?

I don't understand what you mean. When I created the account, it said I had to "link it" to my main (18+) account. The "create an account" part is not a problem, the problem is the game doesn't give me my ticket!?

Oh. That is wierd. Your best option is to trade for one in the GT5 marketplace section. There is somebody who definitely has what you're looking for.

Fact is, I promised to trade one of these already, thinking it wouldn't be a problem. When I log in game, an advertise says "Because the online features of this game rely heavily on communication between players, accounts with the chat function disabled cannot be used to access them".

I've got no news option, no online whatsoever. WTF? What does that mean? Chat function disable??? Please help!

What you need to do, if such is the case, is that you login your main account, select the option "account management" and uncheck the box that disallows your subaccount to use the chat function, under the parental control tab if I remember correctly.
