I've read about it at IGN and there's been some talk of the additional cars in the game in the forum. I already got MC3: DE, don't know if I'd get this though.

TED. It's alot better, I just finished the PAL version of it.

Best fun I had ever. Now I'm trying to beat all the D1 cars.

I will be buying this for the xbox for sure when it comes out. I rented this game for a week for the xbox when it came out and fell in love with it. Then after I returned the rental, other games were released that pulled my attention from MC3. So now I can finally get the game and for only 19.99 :dopey: 👍

It's got a Zonda! And a Countach! And Tokyo!

WOW did any of you see the list of cars now!! 24 new added cars!!!
-70 Chevelle
-63 Corvette
-SSR
-Cobalt
-70 elcamino
-70 El Dorado
-66 Coupe Deville
-Charger SRT8
-Super 8 Hemi
-Magnum R/T
-98 Diablo
-G35
-CLS55 AMG
-Zonda C-12 S
and more....
A lot of sick cars on the list. They already had a 69 Camaro so I was more than happy when I saw that.
However I am still sad that they didnt put a 67 GT500 Mustang in there. I thought for sure it would have been on the update list. :indiff: Oh well cant get everything I want in life. :sly:

Almost certainly not.

Save games on the PS2 aren't linked to the game's name, they're linked to the game's product code.

There's no rule that a game can't read in data from another product code's save data, but they cannot save into another product code's game data.

Much like when the new 'cleaner' GTA was released, the saves were incompatible, I'd bet that these saves will also be incompatible.

How about for xbox. I played it for xbox and will buy this one for xbox.

The XBox is a little bit stranger. It still works based on product codes, but Microsoft will issue the same product code for multiple products in a way that Sony won't. I don't know if this will occur for MC3:R or not.

There's also the issue of whether or not R* wants to bother with making them compatible. It's not too hard to make the save files compatible (or at least make old files readable by the new version, then save into a version that is not backward-compatible), but it really depends on who at R* is writing that code.

DRIFT GOD
that is cool, but i will probobly just rent it for PS2 and burn it now that i sold my XBOX ;)

Boo, hiss. Rent it, yes. Burn it, no. That's illegal and just plain wrong.

I don't care if you buy my games or not. But don't steal my work. You have no rights to my work unless you pay me.

(I didn't do MC3:R, but this applies to any software. I've had people come to me and tell me point blank that they pirated a game that I wrote. It really gets on my nerves.)

You could still play the xbox game on the xbox360. Then we could play online together. :sly:
hOss you said you make games? What games have you made?

My most recent two releases were BloodRayne 2 and Aeon Flux. (Man, we were hoping that the AF movie would be decent.)

I've worked on several other titles for the past 8 years, some of which have been released and some of which have not.

You can use mc3 save with remix, it says it on the official website. I'll get it for Xbox only if the ps2 version does not add 16x9 480p. i'll have to start over but it will be cool using the Charger.

Thats good news. T/Y 👍

Did anyone get this yet? I still really really want it. Might pick it up this weekend for the xbox. I have way too many games to play but I really want this in my collection. I finally have a couple days to take a break and play games. :)

I bought this last night for $19.99. I forgot how hard but fun this game was. I played for about an hour and a half. I want to explore some of the new city and check out some of the new rides asap. Didnt get to last night.

I actually picked up a copy of this today, hope to get a chance to have a play tonight.

So some thoughts ASAP.

I got it for Xbox this time around(16x9 480p) so i had to start over and it's very challenging but its worth it starting over with the TC. I swear i did one race 20 times before beating with luck.

I was at 42% in the ps2 game. I'm at 32% now and I just unlocked ther Charger SRT-8 :), oh joy.....

I am around 35% but luckily I was able to transfer over my other MC3 game save since I am on the xbox. Yes your right some of the races are quite hard. It also takes a little bit to get used to this game again. Very very fast paced!!

The first video is drifting online. With a Supra and a 69 Camaro.
The second video is just race drifting and cruise mode drifting.
Supra and Formula D G35.

The remix is even better than the original.
If anyone plays online.
Give me your MC3 names.
Its always better to play with GTP people.
lol
My MC3 online name is Naticon.

Cool videos, i had no idea it was possible to control drifts that long. I got the Xbox verison because of the 480p 16x9 mode. I had to start over but it was worth it getting more for my money and the races feel different everytime you play.
