Twin Ring Motegi Road Course

Below are the top 10 in points (final standings from Season 7) with provisional entries into the Main Event. The below listed drivers (not listed in BOLD below) need to confirm their intent to race at Twin Ring Motego Road Course by replying in this topic (no later than 8:00pm eastern on Race Day) with a simple post that they plan to race this week (Example - I plan to race this week). I will update the list accordingly.

FYI…Parcells needs a mini break so I have zero intention of participating full time in season 8. BUT, Indy course aside the tracks this season are awesome and I’d love to race in them, its simply the late finishing time in my neck of the woods which is preventing me from full time again.

So count me out for this Wednesday’s race.

That said I find myself scheming once again so unless you tell me I cannot I would like to only race the first race each week but would never do so if you have a full grid. Essentially I’ll only race if you do not have 16 people so I’m not screwing over anyone that can and will race both races. So I’ll join the KOQ most weeks and if or when you reach capacity I’ll simply leave but bottom line is I will only race the first race if you don’t have a full grid.

I was going to suggest that we team up to have an all Canadian team, then we could have gone and beat up on @CoachMK21 :mischievous:
 
That's a good idea Aerolite but an All Canadian team wouldn't be very fair to the rest of the competitors eh?

As no further details are forthcoming, and you are whup'in them, then we can only assume that the teams are definitely not:
  • Racers
  • Whisky or beer drinkers
  • Bacon eaters
Therefore it must be a bowling, lawn dart or similar type team. Carry on! :p

After much consideration, I can see why Canadians would be bad at lawn darts. You must first see grass in order to properly play on your lawn. :)

Want to make it partners curling? I autocross with a gal who's a super good curler (is that a word?). And I don't drink alcohol at all, so I'd be toast pretty quick.
 
yeah, Parcells doesn't curl either. But I watch and critique a crap load of sports from the comfort of my armchair and while I'm not big on boasting I must admit I'm really really good at it.

So if its a coach potatoe contest count me in and I'll accept all bets.

Yes but last season your stats were not matching the other D1 drivers and were on par with the D2 guys. I can move you back up to D1 if you want. Just let me know

I wont have time for an RCS test but I do plan to run a quick TCS test as soon as I get home around 7:30ish Eastern. Sorry
