Before I can post tonight's scores to Data I have to archive April 2017 Season. I can't archive the season unless the data for the season is complete (Actually I can, but then we lose that data forever....)

The following is outstanding:
Div 1: April 23
Div 2: April 23 and April 16 and April 9

If you volunteered, but can't do it, please arrange with one of your colleagues to look after it. Most of the racers are interested in their data, plus, they could be at a severe disadvantage if they want to participate in the ROC.

I'll look again tomorrow night and then archive what is in. ROC sheets have to be prepared for May 5, but as it stands right now, we will not meet the intent. We need the data to determine competitive delays for the start.

@src_ej6 , @turnupdaheat , @msgt-sd , @Grandpa Money , @nmcp1 ,
I'll do the 4/23 data today.

Soccer practice canceled for tonight , I can try to get data done early evening.

Hello everyone! I would like to join the league, it sounds like everything I ever wanted on a online community.

@Sinuhe

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add @CoachMK21, @JLBowler, @nmcp1 & @zer05ive as participants. The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing club. Sunday races are organized exclusively through the GT6 Community features within the game.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread. If you have a preference for car/wheel colour and racing number, please follow the instruction contained here.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL

Before I post the preliminary results from last night, I'd like to post the final standing of the GranStand Challenge VI. In the coming days, I'll post a list of the finalists, how many picks they have (out of 100 total picks), and how we will randomly determine the winner.

So without further ado, here are the final standings! :)

Introducing the GranStand.
The GranStand racing stand system is fully modular, allowing for customization beyond the efforts of many others on the market. This also allows for selection of a model that fits not only your needs, but your budget as well, and always allows for additional modules. Visit GranStand.com for more information and don't forget your exclusive SNAIL discount on all GranStand products! PM @zer05ive for details.

Here are the unofficial results from our league night on April 30, 2017

The round that received the most elimination votes was:
Round 1 - Nissan mm-R Cup Car '01 (Sports: Hard) at Tsukuba Circuit (10 laps)
Therefore the entire combo has been dropped from next week's line-up. Since @Grandpa Money wins Prize A, he gets to choose an entirely new car and track combo to replace it.

The round that received the second most elimination votes was:
Round 2 - MINI Clubman Vision Gran Turismo (Sports: Soft) at Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps (4 laps)
This means either the car or the track will be replaced for next week's line-up. Since @msgt-sd gets Prize B, he has the option to freeze the car or the track, or he can give that option to the Prize C winner. If he gives the freeze away, then he gets to decide what car or track replaces the part of the combo that is left unfrozen by the Prize C winner.

Prize C goes to @Engmatic1 so he gets whichever option the Prize B winner does not select.

Preliminary prize winners, please don't announce your prize selection until all incident reports have been filed and it has been confirmed that you don't have any penalties. It's also recommended that you review the SNAIL combo history and other data on our car and track history so that you can get an idea how many times we've raced each car and track. Please remember that originality is always appreciated, so picking cars and tracks that we've never raced is a plus (but not required). What's more important is that you thoroughly test any combo that you are considering before making it your official selection. For example, any car you select should not hit its rev limiter at any point during a race (even in the draft).

IMPORTANT: When posting your Prize A or Prize B selection, please list the complete in-game name of the car and/or track you are selecting. For example, if you want to select the Amuse Superlegara for your car, post "Amuse Nismo 380 RS Superlagara". If you want to select Monza for a track, post "Autodromo Nazionale Monza". This makes it much easier for the lineup to be updated accurately and also prevents confusing other league members as to which car or track you are selecting. Also, please be sure to list the PP and HP (after oil change) of any car you select.

Car Selection Guidelines
See Section 3 of the SNAIL OLR, Policies and Guidelines.

Track Selection Guidelines

Not exactly, I have been living in UK for 7 years but I am spanish. Thank you very much for the welcome, I have followed the instructions and I can't wait to be active on the track. I will do my utmost to be there as much as possible.

Here we go folks

PRIZE C SELECTION:

Chevrolet Camaro LM Race Car
Cr. 1,450,00
PP 604 [611 AFTER OIL CHANGE]
RACING MEDIUMS

[last raced on 21 july 2013 @fuji Speedway GT]

It took a while but I finally decided on the Camaro as the track gave the Camaro room to stretch her legs It handled Eau Rouge and Raidillon well without getting to squirmy which if taken well will allow for a draft pass on the Kemmel Straight. I was testing alone and the engine did not top out on the straight and with a draft this should just about go into the red before breaking. It did seem a bit wide at certain areas but these are few in my opinion and will bring an aspect of decision making on sunday night as if you choose the wrong corner to make a pass you better be brave and sure or else you may end up getting a penalty hehehe.Hard to spin unless you hit the curb and artificial grass at La Source so word of advice, stay of the curbing especially La Source.
