Enable the 'family plan' option or whatever they call it now. It allows any user on the same machine access to the PS Plus features as long as the 'master acct' or whatever they call that now has an active PS Plus subscription.

Me too! Maybe in the fonts of different car companies? I don't know how hard those are to come by though so that might be impossible. I think as long as it's all caps it stands out well.

I've been doing a lot of testing of my stream the last couple days trying to smooth things out. This is the best I've gotten it yet although it's only 720. If you guys could just give me a "like" if it plays well and looks halfway decent I'd appreciate it. For those that know more about this stuff than I do, feel free to reply with any recommendations. Thanks in advance.

 
so I spent a good amount of time playing GTS yesterday. Got some driving school stuff accomplished, did some arcade races, got to do an online race... Better than I feared I am glad to say. The online race went really well. Really clean for the most part. I didnt do well. Qualified 10, finished 13th. But the racing had me on the edge of my seat. Racing against randoms hasnt been that good since a certain GT5 shuffle race lobby was around.
I do have to say though, I really need to get the wheel going. I am not nearly as smooth or as consistent. And my posture is so much worse when i use a controller.

I think it looks great. I like the layout, and there weren't any noticeable lag spikes or anything distracting.

GTS is so much different than GT6 in so many ways. Sound is perfect especially during replays and add in using the mic headset port from the PS4 controller it is just a joy. The physics are well done. Background on the courses very well done. The only one i need to gold on circuit experience is the Nurburgring track one full lap which is hard to do but do able. I am done with Driving School and what is left besides the one lap on Nurburgring are doing the mission challenges. Was more than worth it buying GTS. Being in Snail is the extra bonus too.

So has anyone tried to race Sunday nights on 2 different ps4s on the same Internet? Only one would be wired , I guess I could get a splitter .. anyway our new Internet is 34 Down and 4 up.
Thoughts?
My daughter wants to race with us , I told her we'd have to try a few practice sessions to see if it'll work without us both lagging and causing problems.

In order to enable all others users on the same console to have access to the PS Plus features, you must activate the console as your Primary PS4. A PSN name can only have one 'Primary PS4,' so if you have more than one PS4 you can only do this on one of them at a time. Accordingly, this means that others users will only have access to the PS Plus features when using that particular machine that is active as your 'Primary PS4.'

To do this, while signed into the PSN with the PS Plus subscription, you enter the settings menu all the way to right just before the 'Power' option. Under settings go to Account Management, and Activate as Your Primary PS4. Done.

tl;dr Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4

Now, I'm no specialist on the matter, but I don't think it's as simple as splitting the connection. In order to have two separate logins running simultaneously, you not only have two have two PS4's, but also two modems both with their own dedicated "address". The only way you can have two addresses from your ISP is to be paying for two. $$$$ :(
 
You can run more than one PS4 on the same router. I'm in a room right now with 5 people on different PS4s in the same house. Four are on wifi, one is wired, all ironically at the home of a former Snail connection nazi. :lol:

Now, I wouldn't say that lag isn't apparent, or that I'd recommend racing or other 'serious' gaming under such conditions, but you can. And this is with basically all brand new hardware and a badass connection.

Having multiple PS4's on the same internet shouldn't be a problem, but how to port forward them if running the same game is a big question. Maybe one of the resident networking gurus can shed some light on how to do it.

Shouldn't be a problem. We have 2 PS4's in my household running and we don't have any issues. My son plays his own games but I don't see why having 2 GTS games on 2 PS4's running at the same time would give any issues.

Even having both on wireless sometimes doesn't present a problem. It's only on Sunday nights that I hooked mine up to the wire. During the week I run wireless.

Click on the links I posted. Be sure you're logged in to the gran-turismo website and click add to collection. This will save them to your library. When in the game on PS4, go the the livery editor from the home page, choose the car you want to apply decals to and select the decal from I think the collection screen or downloaded.

@racingchamp30 you going to be around tonight to host practice? I know we dont race this Sunday but we've got 2 combos we can start practicing. I know Sand has something in the works for prize A because a few of us were testing with him last night. Maybe he'll be on and we can do a big group test with him.

Also theres another Holiday event in the works for Saturday.

If people want to practice I'll have a lobby open at 9pm est if no one else does.
