Prize A:

Renault Sport Clio V6 24v ‘00
MR - 229 HP - 2943 lbs - N200 - SH tires

Sardegna - Road Track A - 13:10 Clear - lap time ~2:13

Going with that new-new here

Hopefully everyone enjoys this better than my last suggestion. I wanted to run the NSX again, but was sadly informed that it had to be a new car and track.

If the nect GT title will be a mix of past present and future as he says in the article, then it will probably be the title we all hoped we would get in GT Sport!

And that is how one sets themselves up to be disappointed. Not a personal knock by any means. Just a comment based on observing how PD has operated over the years.

I like to be optimistic, but to see that Kaz doesn’t even think about the old games, and didn’t realize the legacy games’ following until the world tour speaks to his vision - seemingly just forward.

Once you undestand how the NSX works you find out that is a great car to drive. Dangerous if you lose concentrarion.

@LightningFox

Here's your official SNAIL Welcome Post!
Thanks for your interest!
Here's what you need to know (and do) in order to join SNAIL Racing League:

We run a clean league by enforcing a strict penalty system based on the SNAIL OLR (which is a modified version of the GTP OLR). We also expect all of our drivers to know and follow The Good Racecraft Guide. Please become versed in both if you aren't already. Once that is complete, please follow the steps below to complete your entry into the league:

1. You start a conversation and add CoachMK21, JLBowler, nmcp1, zer05ive, Rednose58, MajorBlixem & SAMHAIN85 as participants.

The conversation title should be "Request To Join".

2. SNAIL Administrators will respond with specific instructions on what you need to accomplish to join the SNAIL [Spec] Racing.

3. Place the following links (URLs) in the favorites (or bookmarks) in your web browser for quick reference. Please make every effort to read and understand the following links. Over the years a great deal of time and effort has gone into creating this league and we would like nothing more than to have you but we ask that you take the time and effort to do your homework. 99.9% of any question you may have about SNAIL can be found in the posts below.
4. You drive fast and clean on Sunday 👍

Again, the original post has everything you need to know about what to expect on Sunday night and what you will need to have completed in order to be competitive. If you have any questions, please feel free to post your question on the thread.

During the week we run a number of different events, we encourage all SNAILs to join as many as possible.
Welcome to SNAIL

At 1:37 in the video, a little white indicator pops up on the speedometer, what is it indicating and what causes it? Noticed the revs increase dramatically when it is lit even though you don't appear to be changing gears.

It happens more often if you look/listen closely. It's the hand brake button lighting up when it happens.

I applaud those that use the hand brake. I would probably be facing the wrong direction every single time I tried it. It would also be too much of a pain to hit the button on a wheel for me.

Update is available - but my system does not react to it.Not sure how to get it

Have 1.40 - must have misunderstood the Maintenance statement last night.

Is anyone planning on practicing tonight? I dont expect a huge turnout with it being the 4th. We might need a volunteer to host.

I dont like to have different SNAIL events overlap each other at the same time, but with Survivor Series 3 registration closing tomorrow I think I'll have a lobby up tonight for mock races and people to get their feet wet in the format. Right now we have 32 entries with people from all SNAIL divisions. This is one of your last chances to get signed up for this special event. It's only the 3rd one of it's kind in over a year. I'll make another post tomorrow before the deadline at 11:59PM EST. Once that's passed you're SOL.

Can you explain to me how to use the handbrake? Its new to me, thougth that was for rally cars only.

Feel free to be the "official" host tonight. Just run a mock Sunday race night format in the correct order of combos and 2 races each.

I'll have a survivor lobby open within the next hour
It’s thundering and lightening so fireworks got rained out
