Love the picture Shaun, duct tape is the best. We called it 100mph tape in the flying biz.

I didn't post scores these past few weeks, cause I figured Aerolump would get off HIS lazy ass, get out of bed and think about all the guys waiting for his input......jeez, you would think he was laid up or something.

David....Mr. impatient, here ya go..

Race 1- Monza short- 30 laps- start with 22 ltrs of fuel.....both cars.
Race 2-Monza long- 14 laps- 22 ltrs of fuel....both cars
Race 3- Monza short again-30 laps- 22 ltrs.

Race 3 will have some type of weather.....not a thunderstorm, I promise. Maybe light rain or fog.
I picked two races at the short track because I think it will make for closer racing.....I hope.

Than you Aero for putting this together, hope you are well and get home soon!!

Days are at least going by fairly quick, three weeks to go before I can weight bare on my left leg and bend forward more than 70 degrees. Then I've been told will probably be a couple more weeks before I'll be walking well enough to leave. So the estimate is another five weeks here. Crazy to think that I'll have been in hospital for July, August and half of Sept when I walk out!
I'll be posting the scores each week again now, I've got used to the meds enough that I can function at least better than my medicated partner!
Can't wait to get back on track with you reprobates!

Got a good morning chuckle out of that pic Shaun!

"three weeks to go before I can weight bare on my left leg", "I've got used to the meds enough that I can function at least better than my medicated partner!" I would say "Got used to the meds" is perhaps a bit overstated, LOL!!!!!!!!!!👍

Glad to hear you are doing well and getting better, enjoy those meds!!!!

I didn't test the Civic, but from the info above, it looks light it has a nuclear reactor strapped to the exhaust in comparison to the Toyota. Around 15 seconds advantage on the long track?? Either that or my internet is real slow lately.

Faster guys like you in the slower cars to hopefully create closer racing between the divisions, that's why we'll do two short track races....the long track will definitely stretch us out.

An oldie but a goodie. Friggin Bears. Love the duct tape job though, good as new.

Let me know if this will help you with your calculations?

(Just make sure nobody else is playing in the sheet when you want to check your stuff. If you can't edit, let me know and I will give you different permissions)
Wow. That is freaking amazing Reds. Just did a little test and it seems I can edit.
This makes it so much easier. Thanks a bunch bro.

If you were looking for racing between the two divisions....you wont get that between these two cars. I'm sure there will be some decent racing within the divisions but not between the divisions

I think your missing the other pic!
oh, forget it, when I replied it suddenly came up as a video clip. Your post it doesn't show it as a video, just a pic. Or maybe I should just stop looking at thread and do some more meds :dunce:

Ayrton Senna helped Honda develop the NSX . They must have had a whiny Japanese schoolgirl help develop this Type R .

Congrats to both wieners....I Mean Winners last night. It turned into a pretty fun night, I'm still dizzy.
Race 1 was kind of meh for me, nothing spectacular.
Race 2 showed a couple of examples of good racecraft where one car affected another guys race, then waited till they could give the spot back. Me and Hobbs had some good clean side by side action through the chicanes. Colts wins the Lobanaro prize though for giving me a push to the finish line when I ran out of gas, duh, in the last corner, duh. I might have been able to coast to the line but Colts made sure. Thanks Wank.
Race 3 I got a third which I'm happy with, Big Time Dive made a great cumback to take second away. Boy those last laps were fun.

Thanks again guys....another full room, I hope there's room for Aero when he's ready, he might have to go on the reserve list.

So glad to have you back.:bowdown:

13 hours later and we have the results. Really? only 13 hours.

The evening was full of close racing. @The__Camel , some of the best racing I have ever had between the two of us. Lap after lap, nose to tail, side by side. The front straight we were side by side, thru the first, second and third turn we remained side by side. No trading of paint. Just pure clean close racing.:cheers: Then @Rednose58 entered in on the fun for many laps. All three of us trading spots not paint.

Yes @SGETI it was some good racing. I did a small test (I think Sunday night) to get the feel of the cars and I knew right away the me and you were going to be battling almost every lap of each race. As always...its a lot of fun racing with you. Had we both taking a victory each in the first two races....that last lap (or should I say last straight) of the last race would have been a lot more contact coming to the line. Great job last night

What? 2 weeks back to back Baawesome? Can’t be. That’s insane. Should I start laying off? I can’t hold a candle to the A guys.
You guys made that short track at Monza [almost] boring for me except when I shorted myself with petrol in the first race and had to be told how to adjust pit strategy on the fly. If we would have had to run 2 longs and 1short, it would have shuffled me down. Lehman laid down a TT for long Monza for which I couldn’t come close. He led the 2nd race early and pulled away from me. Would have been interesting to see how mcinnis pulled off the victory.
Stay tuned, I’m sure I’ll have to post again about who was Baawesome this week. Just Tuesday after all.

Mcinnis is just Bawsome. I had a great rythm befor the pits, I made an error coming out, then just never picked it back up, lost my mojo.
Loved the whole night though, good racng all around.

Except for Alex. :lol::lol::cheers:

Watkins Glen in Upstate New York, where cousins are more than cousins, wink wink.
Blame this combo on KingAirBoy, GTLayabout, it was his suggestion.

Hey Aero, guess what....??????

He's able to move himself from bed to a wheelchair and back all by himself, pretty soon he'll be able to poop all by himself too. Way to go buddy.
