Well now, that is looking sexy. I love how well the heel plate matches the pedals. Did the heel plate ship all the way from China? The eBay link you showed me listed from China, and I always worry about buying items from foreign countries on eBay.

Hey Kiddies. Time for fuel and laps for tonight. Brought to you by.AEROLITEFLIGHTSERVICES, whose CEO will be joining us for the evening festivities. Welcome back to the Lounge, My sheep shagging partner.

Classic Monza, (Historic for David). All threeeee layouts. We'll start on the oval, then go to the other shorter track, then on to the combined.
20 laps for the first two races.
10 laps for race three.
Fuel for the night...
35 liters to start for both classes. I averaged just below seven liters a lap in testing.

Race three will be a single file rolling start to get safely past that killer chicane. So don't jump the start.

Ya'll better get a brick to stick on your gas pedal tonight, there is not much lifting on these tracks. Be careful of the draft as well, it's very effective and will make both cars faster.....teaming up might be a good idea, especially after wrecking.
Please please try and avoid contact, one little tap can ruin someone else's race and that would suck donkey balls.

Looks great Alex. Can't wait to build a cockpit set up when I have more room. Right now I am running a a next level racing stand with a folding chair.

I have a suggestion that Pots and I were talking about last night. I came up with this after the discussion of Steve coming back and wanting to race all the fun stuff we've been doing - this would allow that and give us all a chance to have something new (and old). The idea is to run mini-series. We stay in the same cars for say two Mondays. Each Monday we run three different tracks. I think this would be a lot of fun with the historic race cars since we now have quite a few historic tracks. We could do the same thing with more modern cars at modern tracks. We could still just do a Mr. Awesome/Bawesome each night, and maybe do one for the two weeks.
One plus is getting to drive a car at several tracks. Also it would alleviate the pressure of choosing a new combo every week.

Oh, when Steve and I can race again... We're doing lots of repeats dammit. There's been some sweet combos that I would've loved to race. Not like I have any real say in this, but at least I can hopefully ride the boss's coattails on this one. :D

No doubt he is behind this conspiracy. Yep, he did it last night with some aid from his comrade Vlad, and has been hacking all our games to his benefit. Don't be fooled by his fake news that he could not get gas. He was just trying to misdirect and confuse us from seeking the facts. :cheers:

I don't mind beating myself up when I make a mistake, but last night the game was killing me. It would not give me fuel on the pit stop. The fueling wanker had the hose connected and fuel was cumming out, just not into the tank.
I have to wait for Aerosloth to post scores before announcing next weeks party.
 
Thanks a lot guys, it really was great to be back in the room with all of you, sure wish I could have stayed until the end! It just makes it harder now to wait until I can make it back again :(

Just checked in to the hotel where we will call home during the week for the next two or three weeks. So freak’in nice not having to stay at the hospital!

You guys give my co-cheese a break ok, I’m trying to help from the sidelines but it’s tough for the old guy doing all this by himself, it really does tax his fragile brain :D

And Gutter, you really had to post that when I can’t drink:banghead: Unibroue is one of my fav breweries, and only two hours away! I’ll usually drink Raftmen and the wife likes Blanche De Chambly. If you ever get the chance, try Maudite, it’s very tasty but one is enough!

Wow,I found out one of you nuts lives in my neck of the woods! @ The_Camel Just ask him about the Wood Booger!LOL, @aerolite @Mike_Lobban @Gr8_Lakes @GTLehman and the rest of you SNAIL rejects!( Lol,purveyors of darkness) you cannot tempt me into your lair of all that is unholy,(sheepherders they say),You really should come and join us,we are getting more people everyday and the game really is getting to be very good,more tracks and cars(you don't have to buy!) and we would enjoy grilling you knuckleheads for a couple of hours!

Hey mike, remember when everyone was telling me nobody else had that problem. So it musta bin something I was doing wrong. I did nothing different but it corrected itself. I'm sure your problem with pit stops will correct itself too.

Cars we don't have to buy....well that's a good thing to hear.
Still just living all the retro stuff in P2, but I'll throw my GTS CD in and see how things are looking. I miss racing g with the holiness .

Next weeks races will be held at Zhuhai China, deep in the heart of the land of unknown where everyone looks the same. Bring your own food as some of us might not like rice and raw fish, cats or dogs or any other slimey and gushy whatever that slop is.

Cars.......another pick your poison night as both groups can pick any car from the class assigned to that group.

Group A will pick from Road C cars
Group B will pick from Road E cars
Some of the choices are better than others........choose wisely.

There is only on layout here, which means.........yep, weather of some sort. There might even be snow on the track for a race. Gets pretty cold up there.

Starting fuel will be a different story. I'm gonna make everyone pit early and figure out their own fuel consumption during the race as to how much to fill during your PS. Starting fuel will be ten....yes ten litres of fuel to start.

By the way......well done David.

Aerosloth is nothing Raw, you should see some of the others, he’s got hundreds of them! I actually quite enjoy seeing the different combinations he comes up with, always entertaining, lol.
