He is a bit witty! We have had some really awesome convos in the chats back in the gt6 days!
You should see him in real life Raw, in the almost 20 years I’ve known Mike, a muzzle would have come in handy a few times
Just ask Sgeti in his first weekend meeting Mike, he got to watch him threaten an old lady with my 26oz Estwing :nervous: :D

Ya, my big mouth and temper has gotten me into trouble more than a few times. I did not threaten that lady, I threatened the car window to release that poor little puppy dog......I was going to break the window....she came out right on time.
I think my attitude comes from 32 years of chauffeuring the unwashed masses of humanity around the city. The homeless, fat low rent welfare Mamas with three kids all from different fathers wearing spandex leggings with the thighs rubbed out, drunks, the crazies, groupies,(yep, they exist), screaming kids, fights, puking, shatting, strollers, punk kids, French people, etc. The easiest part of the job was the actual driving of the bus. I really should write a book. I just don't have the patience to deal with people anymore. Imagine if I didn't smoke dope to calm me down? I would be in jail for sure.

Hey Raw and sore........you would fit right into our Lounge. If you ever get tired of playing the arcade game, the dark side is a warm and fuzzy place that would welcome you.

So far this week, I've had an appointment with my pain management Doctor on Wednesday. He takes care of my meds, P.T. ,and steroid injections. He's convinced me to come back in on Monday to try a steroid injection in my S.I. joint. If anyone doesn't know what that is, it's basically the part of Steve that the stupid kid tried to drive his car through. The joint where your hip and back come together.

Then this morning I had my myelogram, which took most of the day, and I need to lay flat until noon tomorrow to avoid an incredibly painful spinal headache - where the spinal fluid leaks out the injection hole and makes it up to your brain.

But there's a funny anecdote here. Last night, while my wife was out grocery shopping, and Junior was playing his new Forza Horizon game, I slipped out to the garage. When she opened the door I got busted making this. A larger/wider brake pedal, so that when I eventually do return to racing, I won't have to cross my left leg over as much to left foot brake, but still keep the brake and accelerator pedals close enough for heel toeing. "You see honey, it's more ergonomic, and won't cause as many spinal/hip issues." Can you say PI$$ED? Whew, that went over like a fart in church.

That’s a great film. Haven’t seen it in awhile.
Speaking of drugs in the previous posts, thought you yanks might like to see this. All of us up here got this in the mail from the feds. Wednesday it’s legal.

Am I missing something but doesn't this Cannabis Act refer to "Cannabis for medical purposes....authorized by their healthcare provider"?
(See last bulleted part)

Grab a cup of coffee and sit down for a very good read. This guide along with the calculator is worthy of your time. Anyone who is a, "number nerd" will gladly spend hours analyzing the data.

Seems to be only for Windows based PC users to install and use on such computers (i.e: Non-Macintosh compatible). Not even seeing any indication it can be installed on an Android Tablet or mobile.

Notwithstanding that, another thing is that tuning with the app or tool seems to be quite time-consuming.

Another thing too is while the developer says to select UDP Protocol 2 for Project cars 2, that will conflict with Mr Belowski's Crew Chief since he says that Protocol is still bugged and/or has not yet been given the go ahead by him to use and that to instead use UDP Protocol 1 for Project Cars 2 (as strange and ironic as it may seem) for Project Cars 2.

That's pretty cool. We smell it all the time here at beaches and such, I think it's a good thing to legalize it. I can't partake, but I do like the smell of it. I like the part about keeping it away from children, YOUTH (as opposed to children - read: teens) and pets. Heh, pets: 'Honey, Fido is stoned again'

I'm not a number nerd at all, but this has some neat parts from a quick glance, like describing the different bump and rebound effects. Thanks for the link SGETI, hopefully it will help my guerilla tuning.

Correct, PC based.

Time consuming, depends if you look at the glass half full or half empty. I enjoy trying to figure out why / how things work and then try to improve. A male trait. The easiest and less time consuming is to ask Blink. He does a fantastic job helping us PS4 users. Have used his services more than once and will continue using in the future.

I have to run this techno jargon past my IT Directer, @yogi bear , However, you do not run the program while online racing, therefore there is not any conflict with Crew Chief. I use RSDash for online racing, however when I use this program I do need to change the UDP protocol and by doing so I have disconnected from RSDash. Small trade off in my mind for the all the information and data I receive.

If you used Jussi calculator, http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showthread.php?54023-Project-CARS-2-Suspension-Calculator-v0-996(b) then using this program is similar but on steroids.

Baaaaaahhhh car setup is a deep and dark rabbit hole that’s best only entered far enough to get satisfaction from, but not deep enough to get sucked into... basically just described having a significant other ;)

Seriously though, the way to approach tuning is to set it up for your preferences and drive the friggen car after that 👍

Wow, that is some technologically advanced software. Personally, if I ran a series, I'd ban it. Anyone so competitive as to require this kind of time and knowledge investment is missing the point - to just drive fast, try not to hit ****te, and have enough laughs to make you leak a little bit of pee in between each race break.

In all seriousness, it's quite impressive. When I get back in the saddle I'll definitely try getting my head wrapped around it all. It would be cool if the system really did help set your car up well for career races - especially those disciplines that aren't necessarily our favorite - V8 Supercars personally.

I don't have a clue what you just said Harry. They told me to drive the car and I did.
Seriously tho, I think that's why I like the historic cars, there is a limit to how much of an advantage you can get over your competitors. No fancy smancy traction control, anti lock brakes, etc. diff settings, middle springs. (What's with that) i can't even remember half the stuff that's on there.

The Road E cars on Zhuhai.
Is it only me or does anyone else find the front brakes are overheating mighty fast? Twice times more than the rear brakes.
The rear brakes are fine remaining green but the front brakes are overheating really fast turning yellow into orange with notifications that it is overheating. And this after only a few laps.

All of them, or is there a specific one? I can go and check it out if you want. Maybe move the brake balance a bit back, but be careful not to lock the back wheels. Check if you can open brake ducts.

I'd shortlisted two cars as having the best potential: The BMW 1M Coupe....and the Ferrari 288 GTO. Did some practice runs with both.
They both were exhibiting overheating front brakes though the Ferrari more so. I eventually settled on the Ferrari though since I found it performed better during practices.
With the Ferrari I further lowered the brake pressure to help alleviate the overheating. I think it helped a bit but was still overheating at times.
....As for the brake ducts those are not a feature of either the BMW nor Ferrari so therefore can not be adjusted.

Regarding the brake balance I could never figure out which of the numbers ??/?? represents front or back. I've always wanted to know but afraid to ask. Which is which?

Why have you been afraid to ask?

They are just saying that those with prescriptions are still going to have access the same way as always. And I believe that most places give a discount to those with prescriptions. But that may change now though!
Have fun tomorrow night guys, I won’t be able to check in on the action.

I tried the Mercedes C63 Coupe S and the same thing happens there (It had to be the Merc so that I can imagine myself sitting in my own car...LOL). Tried to tune a few things, but both engine and brakes overheat (summer conditions....). Tire pressures settle eventually around the 2.1 bar mark. Since I spent time doing a tune, here it is......
