Sorry I missed guys. Finishing install of new liner in my pool. It’s been hectic. Thought I might be able to join after maybe just missing the first race but obviously that didn’t happen. I thought to give a heads up in the afternoon but my phone coverage is intermittent in my office and so my one attempt failed.

What’s got you troubled? I build and install pools for a living 👍

Too bad RK, you would have enjoyed the race.

Bad Bear, bad Bear......go sit in the corner.....your fault your fault your fault. First race last lap, that's racing though, it was for position and it was worth the laugh. Glad you made it. You get a pass this week on the questions cause you were in Jellystone stealing pikinik baskets.
Who didn't run OOB at least ten times last night? I'm sure glad penalties were off.
Funny we hear no bragging from Aerobaaawesome. He wins so seldom that he should be trumpeting his Baaawesomness. Oh yeah.....B group.......who cares.
I would say congrats to Camel, but really, don't you get tired of winning all the time? If I was you,(which I'm not), I would start at the back of every race and challenge myself to having to pass the whole field for wins. Or move up to more challenging leagues where you would have more competition. Don't get me wrong, we love having you in the room, but why do you want to run with a bunch of Wankers like us where your superior skills are kind of wasted?
Every time I come up on David, (Smith), this rap song comes to mind.........

I think I was suffering from motion sickness last night, that third race in the snow made me dizzy, or maybe it was the killer meds from BC...the province, not the guy. I thought I was going to hurl. I went and lied down and it all went away, I slept like a baby.

I'm glad you like having me Lobban. I enjoy you guys company and always enjoy the laughs. I've tried to find leagues which may be faster..not had too much luck. I had to take over an existing league 6 months ago and have given away over $1500 in prize money in that time trying to entice the fastest racers to come and race. I'm always up for a challenge in any way I can get it. My brain is only wired one way and that's strive to be the best at anything I do. I hear people use the word too serious or too competitive to describe events in racing, sports practices, or any type of game....its not serious to me...its life. My enjoyment in life comes in the form or competition. Through racing as a kid, playing baseball in college, and now helping run a family business..... the one thing I have learned is that almost everything in life is a competition one way or the other. Your room is a competition and it feeds my desire to compete.

But mostly I enjoy hearing about your sex life. It makes me feel good about my life choices.

Mike's like you when it come sot his sex life Camel - there's no competition - and he can go without a lay for eight days!

That's because Mr. Baawesome is Alex, not me!!
Glad you're feeling better, and happy 63rd you demented old 🤬 Bob

Wtf??... how did you know about the pikinic baskets??!!! You got frikken satellite on me now?.. geez this new google earth crap, you can't do nothin in private. I suppose you have footage of me wiping my bum with that rabbit too!!...

“This beats the crap out of my little drive in a pro truck... I only got to hit 95mph and turn left.”

@yogi bear: There’s no issue with either experience as long as you have fun and get out on the track. Hell, I’d race shopping carts if others would too. I’d like to try a pro truck/stadium truck and a rally car someday. I didn’t buy the open seater up in Denver because I didn’t fit in it. And the Formula car at COTA damn near killed me because your shoulders have to be below to cockpit coping so they can put the cowling on (it’s that white “U” shaped piece in the picture). I was folded in half like a slice of New York Pizza. At least the R8 should be roomier. I’m just kind of nervous about driving it in the rain. I guess it’ll be hero or zero time.

Off topic: @RobbiefromBC, can I pm you with a question about the pool at my new house, re: getting it replastered and the best options?

You heat the toilet water???..boy that takes stewing one up to a new definition.. my god the smell!!.. oh well at least the seat is warm.
My boys are clean, it's my butt that smells

The million dollar question is did you get lucky or not?
Curious minds want to know.
I get lucky every day......I have to do it myself most of the time, but hey, whatever works

LMFAO. After a great explanation, Camel caps it off with a killer punch line.👍
Oh and Chris (Sam), should read “hung no mo”
More like Hung To Lobban. Gravity doesn't only effect boobs you know. Can't wear boxers anymore, I sit on my own nads and bruise my knees. Sucks getting old.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes guys, it's Aerogimps turn on Saturday.

Track - Vintage Le Mans

Ok guy's, changing up the format again this coming week. We will run two 40 minute races, but will switch cars because they are both so awesome! Nice clear sunny summer days. Mandatory Pit. We will run a 20 minute qualifier for race 2 immediately following race 1.
The cars are very close, and being the same class, the grid will be mixed just like last Monday.
Note the letter following each car, there is a difference between the S&M, and K&LH, so just want to make sure you try the correct version. I know, I said S&M!

Race 1 - Grp A - Porsche 917K, Grp B - Ferrari 512S
Race 2 - Grp A - Ferrari 512S, Grp B - Porsche 917K

Yeahhhh baby! 100% showing up!

@GUTTERBOY3007 for sure! Shoot me a message, and I’m jealous of your COTA experience! Now you know a little about what @GTLehman and I go through ;)

Vintage Le Mans in those cars and I’m not able to make it!?! You’re killing me. Win it for me @yogi bear, this is definitely in your wheelhouse.

And thanks Lobbie, just what I need to be thinking about: your hairy hackysacks. Yuck. Get the brain bleach out ASAP. Here’s a pic from your birthday night bedroom party...

This is just awesome!

Let's do a Le Mans start - everybody stands at their fridge. When the clock hits the top of the hour, we all pop a beer and run to our rigs!

Really looking forward to this!!

For sure . When I had my little club Ford, I used to drive my street car around in the summer with the windows up and the heater on to get used to being hot -- it helped. Especially once my 6' nomex-clad frame was squeesed into the little Merlyn on s 90 degree Denver day.

I feel for you guys. Through my 40s I probably would have been ok, but now that I’m approaching BOB status it’s a butt kicker for sure. Props to you guys being able to run a full race under those conditions, that takes a lot of endurance. I was dropping off my paperwork at COTA on Monday and all the gates were wide open. I was so tempted to take my car onto the track. Music blaring thru the stereo and AC on arctic setting, that’s how you run laps at the track!
