@Hanable: Sucks that you missed it. Saw you got disco’d a couple of times then tried to come back in. Game seems a little buggy the last few weeks, I’ve had qualifying tunes disappear at the start of a race and know others had the same problem. Bear had to drive in spectator view last week. And even last night a few people got booted to a screen they had to restart their console. Not quite sure if it’s bad luck/fluke or if the game is getting unstable.

It's unstable. But it's still better then GT sport.

I really liked both cars last night, I don't believe I've ever raced the Opel before. They were very close in lap times, but such totally different cars to drive.
The game did seem to be a bit glitchy last night, I got the frozen qualy screen early on. Most of the glitches I noticed though, seemed to be coming from Mike " I thought it was Qualy" Lobban's brain! And you wonder why I gave that fudge away. And Hanable, glad it was a glitch that got you DC'd after Mike hit you, I thought for awhile that maybe my comment insulted you and you left :nervous: ;)

I want to thank you guys that came up with the Anniversary combo's, they were all good and varied, and it was nice break for Mike and I not to have to choose a combo for awhile. :cheers:
Remember, if you have an idea for a combo, just PM Mike and I and we will consider it. Just follow either the 3 race or 4 race format. Next week it's back to a 3 race night.

And once again, congrats to @SGETI, this weeks "Mr. Awesome" for the Group A win :cheers: You A guy's really need to do something about this!
Congrats to @2pfspiff, this weeks "Mr. Baawesome" for the Group B win :cheers: Glad to hear you're coming back on a reg basis.

Great racing last night. Best race for me was the last race with Mike breathing down my back for the last 5 or so laps. Again I apologize to Rednose (for the 3rd time) for taking him out with I think 1 lap left. It killed me to have to give up the lead because of a stupid mistake, but that is racing. I should have held off and waited to the front stretch to try to make a pass. Either way I am BAAWESOME and Mike is NOT.



Just substitute BAAWESOME for awesome.

After you left I got it, But I think you restarted the system because there was no buttons available either.
Next time just pull your internet out. It will bring you back to the main menu. If you can’t do that, go to your internet settings in the ps4 and just uncheck connect to internet, and check it again.
Then you can delete Facebook after you sign up to messenger sgeti.

Yup, the anniversary choices were great. I really enjoyed racing with Gutter Monday, too - that bastard is fast in the Xbow.
Suggestions?
I just enjoyed a good race tonight 'managing' the turbo in the F40 LM. How about GTO class (driver's choice of any car) at forty paces. Algarve and Zhuhai
For the next four race night, I suggest the 288 GT0 RDE vs. it's descendant the F40 RDF.
And of course, I'm always up for a VGTA (driver's choice of any car) 4 race night. Or a VGTC for that matter. The VGTBs are just overdone.
And a serious 917 Can Am night.
Maybe a 512M/265 Daytona four race night. Mugello/Imola or Silversotne classic/modern.
Maybe an oval night - just for Lobban. With Go Karts... OK, VF1/VF1B at Indy.

The Opel especially worked well for me. Sometimes a car just feels like it was designed around my style.

I made an extract from my recovery drive with the Opel at Imola. Quality is a bit down from downloading and editing and uploading, but here we go:

Time stamps:
00:00 - 00:47 > Second half of Lap1. Watch closely from the 00:25 mark where @Alex ONeill caught some grass in the far background - resulting in me going back from 7th to 12th position (getting a warning from the Race Director in the process.....)
00:47 - 01:10 > Early part of Lap 2 passing @GUTTERBOY3007 to go from 12th to 11th
01:10 - 03:04 > Last part of Lap 3 and 75% of Lap 4. Moving up from 11th to 5th. One good pass and the rest was due to mistakes by others.
03:04 - end > 10 minutes of music stopping battling between @coltsjugg , @SGETI , @yogi bear and @Mike Lobban where the three Opels bearing down on the KTM's. Once again, me moving up from 5th to 1st was due to minor errors from the other drivers (what a save from @coltsjugg in the first chicane on Lap 7 at 05:13) and great respect from @SGETI through the first few corners of the last lap at 10:57 - 11:24).

Enjoy (I did anyway....)

Good driving red. Hopefully you do that well next wed in camels league. I set the bar kinda high tho teammate. Last week I set the fastest b class qualifying lap, fastest b class race lap, and 1st place for b class. So next week I will be in the mountains so it now rests on your shoulders.

Sorry Red, I blame @SGETI 's brake balance on the setup let me borrow. Once I moved it forward the car got much more stable under braking.
 
If you have mike on facebook, nows the time to check his feed before he wakes up and deletes it.

I may be out for next Monday. Due to no license and the guy I car pool with is on vacation, I will be staying up by work. I do have a pS4 there but no wheel. Aero what settings did you use for a controller. I may try to run next Monday on a controller. If I can't get a good set up then I will be out.
 
A class. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I still may not make Monday night due to previous post. I just haven't had the time to test with a controller.
 
Jeez, I feel bad for having to bail tonight now with some others not making it. Hope the night goes well.
I ran out of time today and have to get stuff together for first meeting with the Lawyer in the morning. My future trumps any game! Plus my foot hurts....that’s for Mike.
Going into the big city in the morning with my wife, will be meeting with the lawyer in her boardroom. Mike lives just down the road from her work, so I’m going to drag his hermit ass out after I’m done and we will go meet with Nick, aka Drett, that used to race with us, and have some lunch. If any of you want me to give Lobban a slap in the back of the head just say the word!
 
Using well known saying . . . Stupid game.
Got to the ‘ready’ screen and then ‘exit’ because of a delay of up arrow press. PC can eat my shorts (tonight).
