02 silvia drift car

Trying to build a 02 Silvia drift car, I put in the drift steering adaptor and the hand brake also level 1 weight reduction, I was wondering what else do i need ? Tires hard and or soft

Commonly, Comfort Hards are the tire to go to when drifting. You want something that has a low grip threshold so that initiating and holding slides is easier. Give it a spin on CH and see how the car feels, then tune it from there. I would definitely recommend a semi or fully adjustable suspension as well.
