I voted NO! why ?
How i could be happy or satisfied for an improvement that will be used by the 0.5X% of the GTPlayers all around the world (multim...tor) ?

The Various BUGS have the TOP PRIORITY!

While I'm glad there's still support for GT6, I am not satisfied with what 1.05 provides, especially seeing as new content is well overdue.

If it were an update after all the features promised - like Course Maker, Community features, et al - were already in the game, it would be a welcome update.

But it is an update that contains none of the main features that have been promised; features which the community is waiting for. Nobody was waiting for a Consecutive Login Bonus icon. Or buying Racing Gear colours individually.

So as such, it is a dreadful update.

I'll be satisfied when I can race online without fear of disconnection, when I can enter a room and stay there.

I'll be satisfied when my frame rate doesn't drop below 10FPS on my fave tracks.

I'll be satisfied when they include full leader boards (you know, like the bread n butter of ANY racing sim!)

I've got a feeling I will never be satisfied...

By the way, I voted no!

Triple screen support is cool for those who have it but the rest is at the bottom of my wish list. At this rate we will never get the promised content. Did they even fix any bugs?

Not at all satisfied. I would appreciate these little features they added, if bugs were fixed. My Ford Shelby GT500 still has a broken speedometer, the V12 Lambos still sound like V8's and V10's, my Viper GTS still sounds like it did since GT2 and the V8 SLS GT3 still sounds like a freaking Aston Martin V12 engine.

Let's not forget about that track (I don't mind paying for it. Just release it or give us an explanation of why it was delayed) and online features (I don't care much about these, but I know most people do so I'll support them).

Also, when do they plan on adding tire wear and fuel consumption to arcade? Because no one in PD could come up with a good enough excuse to justify why they took a great feature from the past game and did not implement it in the new "better" one.

I have to say No, This update should have at the very least gave us the community features that they promised and indicated we would have by now. We should also have the ability to share/gift cars to our friends and should be able to turn off collisions in the online lobbies. We should also have a full set of leaderboards and that should have been there from day one of GT5.

The time trial and drift trial was mentioned along with the community features so we did get that but without a real leaderboard system they are far from ideal.

Not to mention all the other things they indicated we would be getting and as of yet no indication on any of them.

I like the search function, but nothing else appeals to me.
An update is better than no update I guess:)

I like the new car search function too.

It's now much easier to find a valid car for an event other than the 3 listed in the "typical opponents" section. I also tend to look for cars which are around 100pp below the event limit to ensure the event is challenging (as suggested in these forums) and this is much easier to do now.

I'm fine with it. We got some handy new tools like that car search, the time trial and drift trials are cool, and racing gear actually being affordable's a nice gesture! Sure I wish we got a new feature or some cars or that track or something, but it's just a matter of time right?

Well, it's not a glitch but playing with the settings lets you zoom out, similar to using a triple screen but only on one.

You sir just gave me a reason to start the game after more than a month!

Guaran-damn-tee that the "casual" player does not play on three screens.... Nor do they care about what their closet looks like, or the fact they can drive karts on tracks (because the "casual" player want to drive a Pagani Zonda around the TGTT...)

A big mockery is what PD just released...

Yours truly,
Pathetic Developers...

Then it would surely just be GT5 all over again. No one wants that.

Correct, no one wants a rewarmed GT5, but sequels like this are always reskins with altered content and improvements.
Removing features like room info, B spec, etc, then adding them back in incrementally is under handed.

I reject the notion that 3 years after GT5, they were incapable of improving on features without removing them from the game altogether.

If I were a betting man, I would bet that they didn't do anything on GT6 at all until they got their PS4 kits. Then they started GT7, farmed out a reskinning of Gt5, and are now adding GT7 features into GT6 as they become available for (and capable of running on) PS3.

Most would argue that GT6 is a half eaten, re-warmed GT5 with sprinkles on top.

I was very satisfied that they added the option of allowing us to turn PSN driver names on or off when racing online, spectating online, or when watching races of online replays.

However, overall there hasn't been much added, fixed, or improved.

* runs to the shop and buys to additional screens, 2 extra ps3's and 2 extra discs*
