Hmm...I am slowly starting to disapprove this thread .

I think I may have scored a Premo from it earlier but now I have payed with my own money from work for a years Premo (done a few months ago) I look at this thread and see...people....asking.

Think of it like Christmas, you generally don't ask for presents from everyone, you are just given them as it is rude to ask for them. I see you guys scrounging around for left over premium and it makes me wonder if you do it for status or to support the site. I am sure you guys like the site and all, so why not support it yourself? Don't pull the whole, 'oh my parents won't let me' business as I used to pull that one myself. You guys in the US have prepaid Visa/ Debit cards don't you? Can you go down to the shop and spend the 20 or so dollars on one?

Just putting my two cents in, I just worry that you guys are just in it for the status and not the actual purpose of it.

I believe where you are going with what you are saying Legendary, and this probably doesn't apply to just myself, but I don't have money. Would I go out and buy a debit card if I did? The only money I have right now is a $150 gift card for my mall, and I already have a preset purchase in mind. This is what I am getting at here. You asking for premium is getting other people to support the site. You are a piece in supporting the site but it is not you doing it, wouldn't you like it to be you that helps out the site?

True, but wherever you live it's probably easier to get a job. I suppose I would like to help the site myself, but as I'm saying, I have no means to acquire the money. Hell, it took me 3 days and a ton of sold electronics just for me to get GT5, and that was hard enough itself. I do want to help the site, if I could pay for it I would, but in most situations, I can't.

DQuan, you know that certain thread in the premo section where many a GTP Christmas present are given? I suggest you take a look in that thread from now on if you want to give Premo's, I personally don't like the first in first serve deal.

In all seriosness me and the missus have to pay around £1400 a month to live where we do with out feeding ourselves. £10 here and there to buy my GTP friends some premo isn't a problem but it may be a while until I get a PS3 and GT5. No matter though. I still have my lovely flat, my beautiful missus, and GTP to have fun on and share my expiriences. Oh, and also the experience of driving four awesome cars!

How is that premium membership can be given away when I can't even manage to get one with 2 different credit/debit cards from as many banks?
I must try at least once a month and for some reason there are always error after I send the information! I've PM'd Jordan about this but there seems to be no logical reason why I can't sign up.
Nearly the end of the month now so I guess I'll try again in a week or so.
