These had the mainline Wagons, unlike the cases at my local Kmart...
 It was so weird how nobody in this community scored any mainline wagons. Did you guys even see anybody else score the mainline wagon?

No wagons except for the 2 supers.

No wagons at all. Our cases were beyond disappointing.

A few other cars were missing too.

Moved to other thread.

It does seem that most assortments did not contain the Wagon, unless it was the Super. And trying to get more specific, those cases that did have the Wagon were either the online cases or in the Eastern US.

From what I have seen all the online cases had the mainline, but not many Supers. If you see the report, you can see how I fared:

Oh screw you and your luck, Lambert. Can I have the extra $uper Datsun?

I've already given up hope spending any less than $75 on one this weekend. :irked:

If the cases are still available, I could buy a couple and take my chances, but then I'm stuck with a million cars I don't want/need.

Yes, and believe me, that is not a good thing. Are there, doing that right now.

That's when you can list them for like 19 cents per on eBay and get a ton of bidders.

Or you could go with low-price lots.

Yeah and knowing my luck I wouldn't end up with the one car I need.

So I guess I'll just buy one off eBay. :(

If I can't get it in any other way, I'll just wait until they start showing up in here and nab one locally, they'll be expensive but not bat-crap-ebay-expensive. The only TH I remember wanting as much as this one was the green NASCAR-style Torino Talladega, which fell in my hands in a trade with a crumpled blistercard. For this one I suppose I'll have to pay high money for the first time :/ it's gonna be impossible.

If that's the 1/64(I think they have the 1/43 as well) production version, that's a world class casting in my book. As good as the TLVs & Kyoshos, if not better. 👍

That was great, John. I really enjoyed it. It's bad, or weird in the way when we are just as excited to see the mainline version of the casting, as much as we were excited about the Super TH.

Going by the paper grain size in the photo, it does indeed look like 1/64.

Damn Andy. Good eye(opposite of Cano lol). 👍

My Dollar Tree had some more Hot Wheels today:

First time I had seen the green Mini. Bond, it kept falling through my shopping basket until today.

Are you going to help me find all those painted wheel variants? I can't imagine there being too many variations. I also can imagine folks forgetting wheels can turn.

Yeah hunting down a few of the mainline Datsuns should be fun. I got a US Q case in the mail today, and will do a report on what I pulled tomorrow.

@R1600Turbo hard to say whether it is worth getting a Kday case. I will do it because it because the case openings are always popular, but you do end up with a ton of extras. My daughter is taking on a project to create a Lamley Charity that donates models to Primary Children's Hospital here in SLC, and that way we can donate the loads and loads of models I don't add to the collection.

I think if you get a case there is a good chance you will get the mainline Wagon, but then again what they are shipping now could be very different. It seems the Supers were scarce.

And @Cano, I like to keep the Supers I actually pull.

On another note, my next TLV package might arrive tomorrow. I love EMS.

@jtl46 - Charity idea is money in the bank. Best of luck to you & your daughter on that. 👍
