I've checked my Walmart for I don't know how many weeks. As soon as I stopped for 3 days or so, bam, new dump bin(Forza). I already have the chase Forza on the way(Ford Falcon), already have on hand the Kool Kombi, Bluebird wagon, all the hard stuff. I was sweating I wasted bunch of money online then I found these:

Gentleman, that's called nothing left in the bin. Not even a Datsun pickup. That's just great man. Fortunately, I'm almost as interested in these garbage track cars for de nephews & I, so I did still pick up a basketful. I never buy colorshifters, but I made a exception for this one:

Why this ugly thing? I've even avoided the Custom Dodge van I like(because $4), but this casting, it happens to be a beast on tracks. Upon our next hot wheels draft, this pick is going to cost four draft selections(because $4). I'm hoping the de nephews avoid it, as they both each have one already. I would love to have this one on my team, too. Muwahahaha.....

Good job with the TH logo! 👍👍 I like the 80's theme. She's a keeper! I like the Camry, too(at least that's what they are called in the North American market).

It wouldn't go together. It's kinda vintage looking & Ford GT is very modern carbon fiber(gave white one to friend). It even looked wrong to go with my older Ford pickup, Mark I Escort(F&F6), etc. I have on display case at work.

All joking aside, nice haul @VXR. I've seen a few of those Majorettes around, namely stuff like the 500 and the 4C, so it's nice to see something I actually have a legit chance of buying. Passed up on the 4C because I already have two scale models of it (a third wouldn't hurt, but the lack of space does ), what is your opinion of it overall?

Well I guess that's what a pound gives you in terms of tampos. Not much in terms of cool art, but at least the casting itself is pretty nice. I like how it portrays the head and tailights. Plus it's a Spyder, a car not usually done in scale model form (most brands opt for the coupe), which is a nice variation...

The Aventador SV Roadster is incredible for this price point. Separate plastic tail lights, a detailed interior and even the spoiler looks good.

Went by Target today, I almost never do. It paid off:

Also saw BMW M3 & CRX, but I passed. Wasn't too impressed & I don't need extra cars. R5 Turbo I think has nicer tampos, & for $3.50 I figured it was okay. Mercedes looks nice with nice tampos. Been wondering if I have this blue RX-7 or not. If duplicate, I'll just give it to one of my de nephews.

Neat indeed, the car in the trailer is the same as the actual scale model! Knocks a few realism points off the set, but it's such a cute touch... The additional Ford isn't a bad bonus either, especially with that Qatar paintjob.

Makes me sad that kind of combo isn't ever available in any supermarket I go to, however...

Yes! Not an instant favorite for me, but I do like them. Not crazy about the color choices they have used for them so far, but maybe they will have better colors later on.

I have next to no use for these on customs, same could be said for the others I mentioned.

Except they came out in 2002. I disagree with both, I generally think these just aren't that great and they certainly aren't good replacements for the ORSB wheels. I actually like the BLOR wheels though.

Two other sets I am not fond of:

MC5. To me, they look like OH5's (Which I like) from a distance until I look at them closer, then I see disappointment. Not a huge fan of these wheels, but I can't hate them too much because they actually work for some cars. Not that bad, but not that good either. Unlike the others I mentioned, I actually can find a use for these in customs.

J5. All I can really say is, I just don't care for these wheels. Never have been all that good looking to me and I have no use for them. Don't know what else to say really.

The entire circuit racers set is amazing.

Yea, I disagree with that. That description is fitting for Y5's however.

Whenever I made my Dodge Viper GTS Launch Edition custom, I didn't have any spare 5SP's for it, so I chose wheels that were more like the original Viper instead. Despite J5's being a bit more accurate, I intentionally chose Y5's because I liked them better and in the end, I think they worked better while still being fitting for the Viper.

(Truthfully I feel a bit better about Y5's now after thinking about this than when I posted about them earlier)
