@ a6m5. I hear you with regards to the wheels, i did a quick swap (pic in the custom thread), and i think it looks a lot better now, even though they're not the wheels i'll be using for the final version. 👍

Yup, that was the childhood car I was telling you about. To be honest, as the collector I am today, that car isn't worth any more than couple of dollars to me(I paid roughly $33, including shipping). But combine the fact that I collect this stuff today, plus I remember this thing from when I was sooooo young, it made me go out of my way to get it.

Rather curious...has anyone seen the F-150 Raptor in the singles yet for MB? I noticd photonrider had the 2012 Artic one. Which on the wiki said it should be released this year. Anyone know when? I've become a tad obsessed with the Raptor...might even buy that offroad 5-pack with the black one in it... And give the rest to my younger cousin.

Went to the store, they had some of the 2013's I guess? There was the "HW Imagination" cars.. which were in green cards. Totally fooled me into thinking they were TH's still. &, So are First Editions like, not yellow anymore either? They're really changing everything up. How do I tell which are new models for 2013 and which are Treasure Hunts?

Look for "TH" or a circular icon with a flame graphic printed on the car. $upers (obviously) look different and rubber tires. Also, behind the car, reads a short text stating it's highly collectible. You can see this by looking behind the car either from above or below the blister.

Not joking, guy. As far as I know (or noticed), there isn't really a way to tell. Just grab whatever you never seen before and then look it up on HW Wikia. That's what I do.

I monitored this one for months, and $33 is really as good as it gets, at least with the box. Without the box, they are little bit cheaper, but still something like over $20(you can actually see mine there for $29.95). I honestly think this maybe the cheapest I've seen it go for on eBay. What makes them cost more, at least on eBay is the color. Blue is dime a dozen, but I've seen it go for days & weeks without the yellow ones.

Yes, the yellow one is indeed actually very rare. In the box it isn't quite that high, I didn't remember it was boxed. Still, quite steep. Nice piece, I only have the blue one.

Yeah, I did feel little dumb to get stuck on particular color, but for sentimental piece, what are you gonna do?

For AOS's piece, I hope it works out as a investment. Sometimes it goes up in value, sometimes it goes down. Hard to tell, at least for me.

Yup, I get you. I still need to track down a few of the cars of my youth, but I've been able to recoup most off them by now.

As for AOS's car, it's too new to know. In a couple years we'll see.

I just picked one up the other day, white with "DeConstruction" on the sides.
