Why is it that sellers who list their items on eBay with a "Best Offer" option, never respond to the offers?

Give them 3 days. I had a recent seller that like... never checks their email or something. It's like their eBay acct is assigned to an old unused email address.

Unlucky stuff. I can't say I've experienced having a best offer run to its expiry date ever.

Guess you can bother the seller on the daily until he finally picks up.... or bi-daily if you'd feel bad for pestering.

Really both of my offers were for the asking price of the item, I just requested free shipping. Apparently that's too much to ask for a $25 item.

We don't know that for sure. He just didn't respond. Could be a number of things really. You can test for this by asking a random question on something else entirely. That's if you really want those items badly enough.

There's plenty of them on eBay, just trying to get an average deal. Most buy it now are listed for $25 + ~$6-8 shipping. (ridiculous when a first class package of that size ships for less than $4) Auctions are selling for ~$20 + $5 shipping. I just don't want the hassle of a bidding war.

It is. The great casting and nice details. You can definitely see that Tomica Premium are a step down from TLV in overall quality but they're pretty good for the price. I was planing on pre-ordering the VW Bus that's going to be released in July but it's sold out, already. Poo.

Managed to scoop this MBX Superking 'Iveco truck' off ebay the other day. It's a bit tatty and worn out, but i plan on doing a custom with it. I quite like how the front wheels steer.

Managed to scoop this MBX Superking 'Iveco truck' off ebay the other day. It's a bit tatty and worn out, but i plan on doing a custom with it. I quite like how the front wheels steer.

I took a chance at a blind-box someone sold. They had a full box set of 12 unopened. They didn't know what was inside. I didn't know what was inside. All I knew was that out of the 12, I wanted at least 1 '98 Impreza Tour de Corse. I was happy to find this bonus item inside.

No one actually bid on them apart from me (well, my dad) so they're all mine! For an incredible $21.20 Australian... Postage is about the same, so all up is about $43 in my case.
